Une bonne adresse, de charme
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant et efficace, notamment pour nous réserver un tour aux villages palafittiques, le charme et l'emplacement de l'hébergement, la grande taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Quelques points d'amélioration à souligner :
- Le plafonnier de la chambre ne marche que si l'on allume le ventilateur.
- Un distributeur gratuit d'eau potable serait bienvenu (on pourrait s'attendre à ce qu'il en ait un, comme souvent dans des hébergements pourtant moins onéreux).

I think the town and hotel are underrated. The amount of historic architecture surrounding the hotel is incredible, yet

Its historic feel was fabulous. The owners were on site and very attentive to our needs. Its proximity to the main square was great and the square was hopping with family like stores, restaurants and locals.

Cons:

Although the water was warm, there unfortunately was no hot water during our stay.

L'accueil était vraiment chaleureux et attentionné. Le lieu est très beau, la décoration très appropriée. Le petit déjeuner servi dans le patio était très bon. L'équipe est très serviable, propose des visites, organise les tuktuks... Vraiment un bel endroit.

Cons:

La chambre donnait sur la rue et un peu de bruit.

Every single thing about this property is perfect. It’s gorgeous. It’s an oasis near very special places. The staff will help you with anything you need and make you feel more welcome than you can ever imagine. I lost my debit card and had a lot of trouble while I was staying there, and they helped me figure everything out. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve been in Colombia a lot and this Hotel and the people there took better care of me than anybody ever has. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are comfortable and incredible. The Spanish colonial style is an oasis. The staff are incredible. They arranged everything for me—multiple transportation, my Tours, my breakfast, they even ordered and picked up my lunch for me one day. 15/10 I cannot recommend enough.
