A small room, verry crowded. At the single full day we stayed, the room was not refreshed. The cups for coffee remained dirty after the last guests.
This was amazing hotel. Very good location. Everything was near. A lot shop and restaurant nearby. Room was big and clean. Bed was very confortable. We slept very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will someday come back to this hotel.
Breakfast was ok but my expectations was much higher. Hotel and restaurant is seperated so I understand this situation.
I loved this stylish palace like classical historical hotel a lot! High ceilings, antique furniture, warm atmosphere and the super comfy bed!so comfortable i delayed my morning programs! Nice breakfast, great location, a palace like stay in the heart of old town

Lovely "old-fashioned" style rooms. Comfortable, clean. The shower was quite new! Plentiful hot water, bathrobes and slippers, shower gel and shampoo.
Breakfast was extra, so we didn't have it in the hotel.
The receptionists were efficient but not over-friendly to say the least! No chit chat, no banter. We asked information about the town and were answered efficiently but coldly in very good English. This attitude for us had a negative impact. Probably for other people it may have been appropriate, but we would have preferred more conversation so as to improve our local knowledge!
