Pros:

La localisation ici est juste exceptionnel, si vous venez ici descendez au bord du lac je vous promet que vous ne serez pas déçu ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, toujours à votre écoute et à votre service, et le déjeuner superbe

Mycket god middag i restaurangen, bra frukost, vacker miljö.

Cons:

Det bristande underhållet. De gamla byggnaderna behöver tas omhand! Att ett "deluxe"-rum har tapeter som lossnat, flagnande färg på golvsocklar (troligen från dammsugaren) och fönster som borde tagits omhand för flera år sedan är så trist. Badrummet saknar ventilation. Sängens madrasser behöver vridas på ibland eftersom de är nedlegade.

Camera grande con bagno grande e pulito. Buona colazione la mattina.

Da migliorare gli orari di check-in, visto che dalla prenotazione comincia alle 15 ma poi finisce alle 16. Arrivando alle 16 il check-in è stato frettoloso senza spiegare nulla della struttura, orari di apertura porte, eventuale spa/sauna vicina e come usufruirne, ecc…
