Great location. Friendly staff. Free shuttle service to the airport. Lots of restaurant choices around the hotel. Some upgrading going on in the hotel but it wasn’t in the way or noisy.

Good location for our trip purpose.
Good service in the hotel, excellent staff.

Cons:

Renovations are now underway in the lobby area and some rooms, as a result the breakfast buffet has been discontinued (hopefully will return) and the restaurant has been modified.

We were unhappy with the mirror lighting in the bathroom as it not good for shaving or makeup application. The current lighting system seems to be focused on appearance and not functionality.

Pros:

Great stay, everything was very good. Only complaint is that the wall are a bit thin and you can hear the bathroom from the next room. Other than that - things were very good.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité des Outlets.

Cons:

Restaurant était fermé à cause des rénovations et ce n'était pas indiqué sur leur site lors de notre réservation et comme nous avions fait une longue route nous avons dû ressortir pour aller souper.

Disappointed that I didn’t get my money’s worth!
Pros:

Location was great. Food was great except I thought that it was included in the price of the hotel room. Staff were great!

Cons:

Pillows were horrible, did not get a good nights sleep! Pool was okay but with no bathroom facilities. The barn door to the bathroom was horrible! Little to no privacy. Put the door back on the bathroom!
