convenient location, functional rooms, staff could be more « caring »
Pros:

convenient location for what we had to do

Cons:

- Very noisy heating system
- people at reception : at checkin, waited 10mn as they could not find our reservation which was fully in order. at checkout, nobody at reception desk at 8.20am for 10mn and got an unpleasant remark as I went to the back office to ask for a receptionist
- forced 25 $ location fee in the rate

It did the job, with the extra costs I would have probably paid more to stay closer.
Pros:

Nice aesthetic, good sized bathrooms

Cons:

Mattress not so comfy, blocked toilets multiple times, confusion about the 25 dollar food and beverage credit

Pros:

The rooms are great size, very clean and comfortable for a boston hotel room. Centrally located with easy access to most neighborhoods within the city. Very competitively priced

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

In town for a business trip. Fantastic location. Nice rooms, excellent staff, good breakfast. Overall an enjoyable stay. I stay at either Marriott or Hilton brands for the points. This was the first time staying at an AC Hotel (Marriott). I will be back again next time I'm in Boston.

Comfortable and near the venue.
Pros:

Very nice room but dark. Very European nice style

Cons:

Area limited, very hard to locate, gps kept having us make u turn. Parking across street great value, but hard to find initially.

Hidden fees be aware
Pros:

Be careful when you booked a room there the parking is an extra $60 and they have hidden fees that they charge on top of the room. Very disappointing I don't think I will go back just for that reason.

Good experience
Pros:

Good location in a separate enclave with good restaurants, cafes handy. Good sized separate dining room for breakfast, nice bar and casual eating either from the bar menu or bring in. Next door to a fantastic supermarket ‘Wholes Foods Market’ where you can buy ready made food and eat on their premises. Easy walking to subway. Good value all round.
