Excellent parking and location, good value!
Pros:

Absolutely best things with this hotel are the location and parking. It is on quiet courtyard, but you can take your car just in front of it! No street noise or traffic near the building! This is luxury in SPB where usually only randomly available street parking is available. I can recommend this to everybody arriving by car.

If we consider the price, it offers all you can expect. But obviously, if you want to criticize something, soundproofing inside the building leaves something to wish for. I arrived very late, and was woken up by drunk and noisy visitors from the next room early in the morning. Second night went better, but in general, you can hear everything what happens in the same building like it would happen in the same room.

There was also big shopping center with cinema just other side of the channel, so entertaintment and shopping are really close.

Affordable price, excellent location, quiet and spacious courtyard for parking however makes this a good option for me. Thank you!

Hotel in buona posizione vicino a 3 stazioni meteo tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale gentilissimo che per un problema su un materasso troppo duro ci ha addirittura offerto una stanza di categoria superiore per continuare il soggiorno

Pros:

The owner of the hotel is personally on the premises much of the time, or his wife if he is not there. They are lovely people, and he speaks excellent English. It is cozy, and not a far walk from the Frunzenskaya stop on the Metro. There is a river with an embankment out in front of the hotel, and a beautiful cathedral just on the other side of the river. Nice cafés and shops nearby. There are not that many rooms, so the level of service from the owner is excellent. It is a great value, and I would certainly recommend staying here.
