Nadherny hotel primo ve stare zidovske ctvrti UNESCO!
Pros:

Uzasne umisteni primo ve stare zidovske ctvrti zapsane na seznamu svetoveho dedictvi UNESCO; nadherny mezonetovy pokoj (dve patra), umisteni v historickych budovach.

Po prijezdu jsme dostali tip na hotelove parkoviste zdarma (parkovani v pamatkove zone u hotelu velice drahe).

Cons:

Podstatnou vytku mame k uvedene cene na Booking.com - meli jsme potvrzenu rezervaci pro 2+1 osobu, ale v den prijezdu nam.z hotelu volali, ze pro dite je treba si jeste priplatit pristylku nad ramec uvedene ceny pro 2+1. Toto nebylo z popisu patrne - doporucovali bychom jasne napsat (nabizenou pristylku jsme chapali, ze kdybychom chteli dalsi nad ramec uvedeneho poctu osob).

Skoda, ze hotel nema saunu/wellness.

Cons:

Krátce před příjezdem mi telefonovali, že se jim rozbil kotel a není možné danou noc v hotelu přespat. Slíbili mi, že se telefonicky ozvou ohledně druhé noci, místo toho mi mou rezervaci rovnou zrušili. Musela jsem zcela zrušit své plány, takto narychlo nešlo odpovídající ubytování v oblasti už sehnat.

Pros:

Poloha hotelu, zajímavě zařízené pokoje, příjemný personál

Cons:

V pokoji špatně vyřešené osvětlení (světlo vedle postele příliš silné, bez stínidla) a světlo nad umyvadlem se nedalo rozsvítit bez toho, aby se rozsvítilo i velké světlo.

Velké zklamání ze snídaně - malý výběr, oschlé a tvrdé pečivo, oschlá zelenina (salátová okurka už byla vyloženě kyselá, stará), tři pomazánky, u kterých nebyl žádný popis, co je to za pomazánku. Ve srovnání s jinými hotely v této cenové relaci to byla opravdu tragédie.

Cons:

Já bych třeba uvítala alespoň dvě malá křesílka nebo židle na pokoji. Všichni sedíme na postelích a pak jsou tam vysezená místa.

personál milý, cenově velmi výhodné, wifi bezplatná, krásná lokalita
Pros:

Snídaně byla vynikající, pestrá, bohatá, velmi milý personál, milá i paní recepční. Hezky řešené ubytování. Příjemné prostředí.
