Pros:

Great value for the price (all of the other hot spring hotels in the area are way more expensive), gorgeous surroundings, and friendly staff. I liked walking over the suspension bridge to get to the hotel but I can see how some would find it scary. The bridge gives a beautiful view but it means you'll want to minimize trips back and forth to your car to get stuff. I loved how the bed was actually comfortable, not a hard rock like a lot of mattresses in more budget-friendly hotels.
