Sport Hotel

Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest.
Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows.
Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it.

Excellent accommodations. Housekeeping outstanding, breakfast fantastic and the overall service and staff were beyond expectations!!

I liked that the hotel was very close to the ski mountain.
I was disappointed that I would have to pay 40 or 55 Euros per day to use the hot tub and pool.

Great hotel, will be back.

Location is great, just 1 minute to the Gondola station, ski rental shop and supermarket.
Quite surprised there is No fridge, no kettle, no cups/ glasses in the room. But they gave us 2 kid kits with slippers and toiletries, super nice in this area.
Breakfast is excellent!!! Full of food selection. However, the hotel group restaurants are not really good in food choice and needs reservation ( it’s better to book a table otherwise needs to wait)
All the staff were very helpful and friendly .
There is a ski equipment store room for hotel customer, just opposite to the hotel, very nice!
Overall was satisfied but the room rate was quite pricy.

De skriver 4 star hotel. Det var måske rigtig for 20 år siden. Nedslidt og utroligt dårligt værelse. Man kune høre alt fra naboer sagde og sengene var meget små og meget dårlige at sove i. På gangene stod radiatorer og kørte på fuld speed og der kunne ikke skrues ned. Varmen fra gangen var vild. Vi sov med åben vindue, -16 grader udenfor, og der var stadigt for varmt. Det eneste der var 4 star var prisen.

Great hotel and location right opposite the Gondola. Plenty of communal areas with comfortable sofas which makes it perfect for family or friend ski trips to catchup in the afternoon or evening. Great breakfast. If coming around Christmas it has that perfect Christmas feel

No dedicated parking but street was close.

Overall the hotel was great and in a wonderful location for skiing. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were very good. The breakfast was excellent and the bar was nice.

I arrived a little before standard check-in time and my initial greeting by the receptionist was, unfortunately, rude so it left a bit of a bad taste for the rest of the stay. The pool that is advertised as a part of the hotel is actually a part of the spa across the street and was pretty expensive (over 40 euros for entry for 3 hours). Also, my girlfriend got an expensive manicure and felt that the service was quite rough and left her with bleeding fingers for a couple of weeks. Finally, there is no parking included at the hotel. Even if I needed to pay for it, it would have been good to be able to just leave the car and pay at the end of the stay. Instead, we had to park on the street and feed the meter every morning by 9AM for 3 euros a day.

Hotel is very close to the main lift in Soldeu rooms are spacious and cosy, breakfast is very nice also with many varieties of food available. Staff are very welcoming and are always ready to help

Great access to slopes and superb locker room facility on route to the telecabin. The rooms are basic but completely adequate. Great breakfast selection and a cosy wooden ski chalet type feel to the place.

The options of winter activities is incredible snow mobile 4x4 vehicle helicopter rides huskie sleds kids parks water park thermal waters and the grandvalliras ski resort with 210km of runs beginners intermediate and advanced the food at the hotel is incredible as buffets go and the many other speciality restaurants without the crowds loved it cant wait to go back my respect to the andorran people for sharing there marvelous country

Fab position, very close to the telecabina. Ski lockers located in the telecabina building, so very easy and convenient. Staff all very well trained and professional in their approach. Breakfast was very nice; lovely range on offer and very good quality. We didn't realise that the swimming pool is not available during the winter months, and were disappointed to learn that there would be a charge 34 euro, per person, per day, to use the pool in the spa area, for a maximum of a 3 hour period. This wasn't clear on the booking website or the booking information. As our party consisted of 3 non-skiers, this was a big let down. Our transfer back to the airport was booked for 7.35am and the restaurant opens for breakfast at 7.30. Therefore, I requested a breakfast pack up for our party of 12, but somehow this request was forgotten or did not reach the relevant department. However, the restaurant staff stepped in at the last minute, literally as we were leaving, and rustled up some food and drink for us to take on our way. This is a very nice hotel, centrally placed, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Soldeu is a very nice resort, and reasonably priced. We have stayed in many hotels around Europe for ski trips, and this is our favourite hotel so far. We will look to return next year, and will factor in the cost for using the pool in the spa area.

Stayed in this Hotel a number of times, excellent facilities, friendly staff and located right opposite the gondola- what more could you want for the perfect skiing holiday. The Spa provides an excellent place to relax after a hard days skiing. Highly recommended.
