Pros:

The ladies working the front desk are absolutely sweet and wonderful. Even though they spoke no English, they worked extremely hard to communicate with me through different phone translation apps and etc. They really put in the effort and even refused tips. Everytime we needed something they were very prompt and super friendly.

We decided to take our chances here due to the low room rates, but quickly regretted it.

This hotel is far from the city center. This isn't a big deal but the two closest subway stations are about a mile away from the hotel. If you're lucky you might be able to find a taxi to take you to the subway.

The hotel itself is very run down and ugly. Rooms, lobby and hallways need desperate renovations.

The rooms didn't look terrible but our room faced the street and the street noise was audible from inside the room even with the windows closed.

During the winter, you are not able to control the temperature of the room. It is centrally managed by the hotel and the air ducts blow super hot air. We were not able to sleep for 2 nights. We complained and they managed to shut off our air ducts and floor heating.

The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Do not use Google services to find this hotel. The address is wrong.

We felt safe in area and inside the hotel. Security is 24/7 on premises. Cops can be seen patrolling outside.

A Motel 6 in the US is of better quality than this hotel. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, good location. Good security. Clean, comfortable room, simple but more than adequate for a short stay.
