Kefi Palmera Beach Resort El Sokhna - Family Only

The booking from expedia is excellent,
And palmera resort is very beautiful and great and the food in palmera is very delicious , staff are respected

Rooms are very dirty and old, there is a bad smell in the room and everything needs a restoration, Broken tiles and lots of things missing no soap and towels were given. Only given on request. The Ac is very noisy No wifi and is not worth the money at all. the only thing that is ok is the beach there is a fee for kids 6 years old even though it is not clearly mentioned although I was ok to pay it the service does not show that it is worth the money I don,t recommend it at all.

It should be noted that the hotel is a small portion of the facility and the rest of the facility is shared with non hotel residents

the beach is wonderful , the staff is very helpful and smiley , the food is okay but the same everyday , the rooms need to renovate but overall it is a good value with the price

Eine toll gut Hotel mit seher gut lag

Honestly the place needs a whole lot of restoration. It is extremely outdated. The food is below subpar.

Very friendly staff. Hotel in good condotion

Power cuts off at night, no WiFi in the rooms. Bad customer service. The beach is the nicest thing but they close it so early at 6:30

Check-in my difficult and they gave priority to people how book with them to get room first, there is bad smell in the room, and need maintenance, no water in the 2nd floor
Also there charged me for extra amount for my daughter because he more than 6 years which is not mentioned on the hotel
Bad experience ever
No flexibility at all and stuff at the reception is very rude

The beech is great

Sandy beach, three swimming pools to choose from. Food is reasonable. Easy check in and check out. Staff is responsive. Internet was available only at reception area. Night entertainment was a plus. I would definitely visit again.

Hate the property. Staff very poor. Property very basic. The level of customers and clients is extremely low. Extremely noisy. My lunch order took two hours and came the opposite of what we ordered. Can’t wait to leave.

Every thing was ok

This property is on a beautiful beach with sandy swimming area. The price is right for this hotel. The room was clean, but a bit dated. Shampoo, shower gel, bar soap and blow dryer in bathroom. Low water pressure in shower. Nice balconies off the rooms. The grounds/gardens around the buildings are so lush and green and well cared for. The food is ok, nothing special. But it's decent. Tons of day use people came on Friday and the music was so LOUD (played by the hotel staff on a large speaker with static). It was annoying for those that came to get away from the city noise. It was way too loud! Someone did tell them to turn it down or off and they did a few times, but then they'd start it back again after awhile. For that reason, I may not return to this property, especially on a weekend.

Hotel staff was awesome, food was good unfortunately mosquitos were a lot needs spraying continuously
