Disgusting customer service. The administrator at the reception is boorish. Do not accept payment online, if you booked through the Booking service, upon check-in hotel representatives ask you to cancel the booking for Booking with re-booking on their website to pay online. Wow
I liked it very much. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was smiling. They served the breakfast to the room, that was nice too, but breakfast could be enriched a little. It takes around 15 minutes to arrive at Pervomayskaya metro station. A little far from city centre. And also may be they could put a chair to let the guest work on the table.
I can book it again with no regret.
Absolute bargain place, first of all its a very neat and clean place in a quiet location. 24 hr friendly receptionist who are always happy to answer your any questions. 10 min walk to metro and then 20 min metro ride to red squre. Breakfast was included and had some great options. A great find in Moscow.

Very good hotel; located 10 minutes walk from the M. We came for the World Cup, where almost no available hotel. Great staff which accommodate all our needs. Rooms are in a very good condition (better than the picture). No elevator (we were staying on 4th floor).
Fine hotel, covered with fence, you need to press call button so you can enter hotel territory. Rooms are newl, with some unfreshy smell, local area very quite. Bathroom is what was made nicely. Amenities are coffee tea. Low rates.
