Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, nos colaboraron con los traslados a diferentes partes y la adquisición de los pasaportes de entrada a los parques. Una cosa por mejorar es que no hay datafono y se complica para el pago.

Pros:

El nombre había cambiado a Aldeas el buen vivir por lo que causó confusión para la llegada, no contestaban teléfono para poder ubicarse, la atención a la llegada fue amable. En la habitación había problema con el desagüe en el baño. Desayuno, buen sabor pero una sola opción. En general económico para quedarse una noche.

La estadia en general fue muy agaradable, el personal amable. Tiene muy buena ubicacion para los desplazamientos en toda la zona cafetera.

Recomendaria recissr el aseo del baño.

El hotel no debería tener ninguna *
Pros:

Realmente el precio del hotel es caro para el servicio, falta de higiene y seguridad en la ducha la lampara colgaba de los cables se le notifico a la administradora haciendo caso omiso. No utilizan ningún tipo de desinfectante por lo que no limpian, no existe lugar para colgar la ropa al momento de llegar. había excremento de animales, no había una nevera pequeña para mantener alimentos, ya que no tienen opción de menú en ningún horario. Las cortinas estaban sucias, las almohadas eran peor que una sabana de lo viejas y con mal olor, las toallas siempre las regresábamos ya que tenían mal olor. y usábamos las personales, en el comedor habían gatos todo el tiempo. Las habitaciones no tienen comunicación con la administración para solicitar algo se tenia que caminar hasta la oficina

EN GENERAL LA POSADA REALMENTE COMO ESTRUCTURA ES MUY BONITA PERO EL MANEJO ES PÉSIMO HORRIBLE Y NO LA RECOMIENDO
