Fabulous staff 💙
The staff at the hotel were fantastic they couldn’t help you enough. On our first night it was a public holiday the next day and our room was next to the street meaning it was very noisy until 3.15. I asked the follow day if we could move to a quieter room and she sorted this immediately. Upgrading us to a beautiful suite with 2 balconies. No noise at all.
The mattresses were firm for us but this is more about personal preferences .

The most important, the spa that was closed during our stay and another small thing for improvement, a small container for soap near the sink that is missing
The breakfast was wonderful and the balcony was pretty. The room was big and clean. The location was great, right by the marina and close to the shopping streets. The staff was nice.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the set up of our room was a bit strange. Instead of an en-suite bathroom, the shower was a see-through glass door that connected right to the room, facing the beds. The only part with a door was the toilet itself. We didn’t like the lack of privacy. Another minor note, the restaurant recommendations we received were not good and overpriced.

Very clean and comfortable, fantastic bathroom with great shower. The staff were kind and helpful, which was such a relief when our flight was delayed overnight and we arrived at midnight. Very close to the waterfront and near the main square with restaurants.
Our room had no view.

Location is close to late night club. The glass wardrobe door also broke and almost fell on me when I opened it which would have been tragic for a toddler

The hotel was excellent in the perfect location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our flight was cancelled at 23.30. The rooms are fantastic and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Argostoli.
Great location and lovely Hotel, very good breakfast and very helpful staff
The location just next to the sea promenade yet in a quiet alley with lovely garden was fantastic. The staff, especially the ladies at the reception, Lilia and Georgia, were very friendly and granted me an early check-in and late check-out. The rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped. The pink details everywhere were quirky and fun.
Breakfast was generally good, but items like the grilled vegetables and fried ham were already cold by the time it started. It would be wise to invest in some heating platters.
At the spa, it may not be possible to get a short notice appointment.
