Pros:

La atención por parte de quienes estaban en recepcion, ubicación y limpieza.

Cons:

La cama dura y sonaba cuando me movia, no tenia nevera, la piscina es pequeñita y no le da el sol, por el precio luego vi unos hoteles similares con desayuno incluido y si se quiere pagar con tarjetas cobran el 3.5% adicional, aunque a nosotros no nos lo cobraron porq les dijimos que en Booking en ningun lado decia eso.
Tampoco tiene disponible sala de juegos

Hotel bonito, limpio, empleados amables y parqueo disponible. Muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

El Hotel Puerto Bahía está ubicado a muy pocas cuadras del Centro de San Gil, el Parque El Gallineral y el Centro Comercial El Puente, que eran mis necesidades particulares. Las instalaciones son bonitas y limpias. Sus empleados son muy amables y cuenta con parqueadero para clientes en las mismas instalaciones. Sin duda regresaré a este hotel en el futuro.

Cons:

No tengo queja alguna, por supuesto el Hotel no es perfecto pero cumplió ampliamente con mis expectativas.

Mala experiencia a costo de resort.
Pros:

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, esta al frente del gallineral y muy cerca de locales de servicios turisticos.

Cons:

La limpieza pésima; habia pelos en el baño. No ponen toallas ni papel higienico. Cobran como 4 estrellas pero las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, son estrechas y muy incomodas. El parking es unha pesadilla, tienen 4 o 5 sitios diferentes para parquear con espacio para 5 o 6 carros por sitio pero es obligatorio dejar la llave para que ellos te muevan el auto; si vas entrar y salir constantemene se vuelve un infierno; el desayuno lo sirven solo por turnos no como en cualquier restaurante en donde independientemente de tu llegada hay un tiempo estandar para servirte, aca no, si hay 3 o 4 o 5 o 6 mesas por delante tuyo te serviran 2 horas despues y todo para una comida de calidad directamente mala.
Es una pésima opcion de alojamiento.

Pros:

La salle de sport (très vétuste) mais qui nous a permis de faire un peu d’exercice
Plutôt bien situé à 5/7 min du parc en marchant

Cons:

La chambre, hotel vieillot qui nécessite d’être refait, pas d’eau chaude, pas de tapis de bain (réservé à la suite présidentielle !), la piscine qui n’est pas une piscine mais un bassin, le personnel pas très sympathique, un petit dej sommaire sans intérêt.

Exceptional
Pros:

A lovely hotel in the centre of San Gil. What stands out the most is the team's attention to detail and desire to help make our stay fantastic. This extended to giving advice on local restaurants, bringing coffee to our rooms, and booking onwards travel to Barichara (and then to Bucaramanga later in our trip). We cannot thank Vanessa and her team enough for their kindness that went above and beyond.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff they made the experience superb
Pros:

The staff was excellent when we had accidentally locked ourselves out on the balcony they were able to come up and rescue us promptly. And the location is top notch, there are plenty of adventure companies within 2 blocks and a few restaurants as well.

Cons:

The noise could pose an issue if you’re not used to the background noise of road traffic at night.
