Walking safe and center of every thing

Het appartement is goed onderhouden en wordt prima schoongemaakt. Ik miste een bedlampje. En de toekomstige huurder moet zich ervan bewust zijn dat het appartement in een levendige buurt ligt. Maw veel geluid van buiten. Vooral in het weekend harde muziek. Ik heb daar geen problemen mee. Maar het is goed als je dit van te voren weet.
The apartment is amazing and the owner is a good host
The property was spacious and the owner was very friendly, accessible and accommodating. The apartment however was dated and needed renovations, especially to the bathrooms. Hot water pressure was low in my shower. We heard loud music from outside well past midnight. The city view that had been posted was actually the view of the busy street.
Solo aceptan efectivo, me dieron otro apartamento diferente al reservado (no mejor), la noche q inicialmente me la cobrabran en $230.000 termine pagando mas de $500.000, el Parquedero mas cercano es a dos cuadras y hay q pagar $20.000 la noche, si te pasas son $4.000 por hora adicional, el apartamento no tiene nada de intimidad, la habitación principal es en la sala, la tv no funciona en una habitación, la zona tiene mucho ruido, no recomendable para descanso ni con Vehiculo, es un apartamento solo para pareja

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Propriétaires à l'écoute et réactifs ! Idéalement situé pour visiter Medellin.
Ceci dit, le quartier est particulièrement bruyant (bars, restaurant, etc.).
Privilégiez un appartement à l'étage.
Not A/C only fans. The shower door was not working: stuck and noisy. Owner informed about since first day, but issued not solved along the stay (5 days). Pro: mr Jorge is very kind and communicative
