Pros:

방이 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 관리도 잘 되는 것 같았습니다. 가까운 곳에 몰이 있어서 쇼핑이나 식사를 하기에도 좋았습니다.

Cons:

조식이 다른 호텔에 비해서 안 좋았습니다. 오믈렛을 주문했으나 다른 걸 갖다 주기도 했으며 과일 종류가 많지 않았습니다.

The hotel has both positives and serious shortcomings.

Location:
Unfortunately, the location feels unsafe. One evening, when I tried to go out for dinner, I encountered a herd of five street dogs right outside the hotel. I was scared and had to return to order room service instead.

Room:
My room was upgraded to a corner view, which I appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, and I slept well. However, I faced multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathtub was full of hair when I first entered, and I had to clean it myself before use. The toilet and shower had a strong sewage smell, making it difficult to use. Despite asking for housekeeping, toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel were not replenished after the first two days.

Facilities & Maintenance:
The hotel suffers from very poor maintenance. There is a constant smell of sewage throughout the corridors and in the bathrooms. Walking through the corridors requires holding my breath. The garden on the ground floor is inaccessible due to ongoing construction. Electricity cuts are frequent, which is frustrating.

Staff & Service:
The staff are kind, polite, and always willing to help. They also try to socialize with guests, which is nice, but at times it felt intrusive. A major issue was their repeated insistence on me leaving online reviews. I was asked every day to submit feedback on TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Google. On my last day, I was interrupted during breakfast, and a staff member even asked me to switch off my WiFi so TripAdvisor wouldn’t detect my location. She then took my phone and filled in the review herself, which made me very uncomfortable and worried about my privacy.

Food & Amenities:
Breakfast options are limited, especially the continental choices. On the positive side, the hotel provides electric car charging points, which is a useful facility.

Wonderful
Pros:

I like the professional chief of staff that were always wonderful and ready to assist.
I appreciate Manan Benawat ongoing assistance on everything that was requested and his team.
I enjoyed my stay and would recommend others to visit and stay at the Den Hotel.

Cons:

Very bad Reapection management. And taking one hour to check in with new staff anything and ever thing they ask in the phone and bad a/c. Clogged Ac and no flow of air. And calling some one and getting them the service very long. After a telling them many times the manager changed our room to another floor

They can really keep you without food!
Pros:

Horrible service! Never seen such poor service ever. They rate them as a 5 star property, unfortunately 3 star hotels have better Custormer service. Food inside this hotel is a challenge.
