Cons:

- Bij aankomst om 16.00 (inchecken vanaf 15.00) was de kamer nog niet schoon. Uiteindelijk waren we met meerdere mensen op het schoonmaken aan het wachten. Na een half uur heb ik mijn spullen afgegeven en ben ik naar de volgende afspraak gegaan
- s Avonds lag er een dikke laag stof op het keukengerei en in de kastjes. Ook zat er allemaal bruin spul aan de toiletborstel. Nachtlampje en regendouche deden het niet

Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist recht komfortabel, es ist alles da, was man benötigt.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel war sehr unsauber bis hin zu dreckig. Die Toiletten des Restaurants, waren schmutziger als die jeder Raststätte. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts, wurde nicht ein Angestellter gesichtet, der zum Reinigungspersonal gehörte.

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Ein Kühlschrank sowie Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine waren auf dem Zimmer. Ebenso jeweils 2 Gläser, Tassen, Weingläser und Löffel. Die Betten sind bequem. Den Flughafen habe ich nicht als störend in der Nacht empfunden.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist das unsauberste Hotel, was ich je gesehen habe. Innerhalb von 4 Tagen war nicht einmal Reinigungspersonal zu sehen. Weder in den Gängen, noch in der Lobby und schon gar nicht auf den Zimmern. Sämtliche Ablagen im Zimmer waren staubig und fleckig. Eine zweite bestellte Decke haben wir leider nie erhalten. Die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby waren voller Krümel und Haare. Sämtliche Fenster und Spiegel überall waren schmutzig. Die Toiletten am Restaurant waren derart dreckig, das man sie nicht benutzen konnte. Ein entsprechender Hinweis an der Rezeption hat den sehr gelangweilten jungen Mann nicht interessiert. Die Toiletten sahen bis zur Abreise so aus. Höhepunkt war dann jedoch eine Maus im Restaurant am Abend, welche am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück am Nachbartisch verendete. Das Personal vollkommen überfordert und größtenteils desinteressiert.

Pros:

Great hotel . We had everything that we needed. Not far from public transport, taxi from Amsterdam city centre to hotel 30€ for mini bus for 6 people. We had wonderful time! Thank you

Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber
Uns wurde mit unserem Problem auf dem Zimmer nicht geholfen. Fehlendes Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt und konnte am Abend auch nicht gebracht werden.
Hotel ist zu weit weg vom Zentrum.

Das geht besser!
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, das Hotelkonzept und das Design der Innenausstattung, Radverleih, Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Probleme beim Check-in mit 3 Paaren, Zusatzwünschen und Aufteilung des Gesamtaufenthaltes in 2 Reservierungen. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Überlastetes Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet, aber auch beim Check-in.
Wunsch nach Austausch von Handtüchern und Nachfüllen von Toilettenpapier wurde nicht erfüllt. Fleckige Gardinen und Teppichböden.

Sehr schön kurz Urlaub
Pros:

Sie sind sehr Hunde freundlich. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ein sehr gutes Bett.

Cons:

Alles war sehr gut. Da fehlte nur Wasser in den hundeschüssel vor den resterante.

Just the distance from the hotel to first station was around 15 min by walk. Otherwise everything was excellent.
