駅から少し離れてて静か、部屋も広くてゆっくり過ごせる

Cons:

キッチンシンクが詰まってて掃除の日にも治されない。キッチンはあるが、キーカードを使わないと部屋やキッチンの電気機能は使えない。キーカードはは一つしかないからキッチンあるのに食材の冷蔵とかができない。冷蔵庫が臭かった。

Dit is zonder twijfel het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit heb verbleven.

Wij hadden 2 tweepersoonskamers en 1 driepersoonskamer geboekt. Bij aankomst om 17.30 uur waren twee van de drie kamers nog niet gereed. Daarnaast bleek de geboekte driepersoonskamer helemaal niet beschikbaar te zijn. Het inchecken duurde uiteindelijk maar liefst 50 minuten.

Als oplossing zou er een extra bed op een van de tweepersoonskamers worden geplaatst. Dat bed bleek echter kapot te zijn. We zijn opnieuw naar de receptie gegaan en kregen de toezegging dat er een ander bed zou worden geregeld terwijl wij naar een festival gingen.

Toen we midden in de nacht terugkwamen, bleek het kapotte bed nog steeds niet vervangen te zijn. De nachtportier hielp ons gelukkig vriendelijk en bood een andere kamer aan. Nog geen half uur nadat we die kamer hadden betrokken, kwamen er echter andere gasten binnen die precies dezelfde kamer toegewezen hadden gekregen.

De volgende ochtend ontdekten we bovendien schimmel op het bed.

De compensatie? Een gratis taxirit naar het festival en we hoefden de vierde kamer, die we alleen door hun fouten hadden gekregen, niet te betalen. Dat laatste voelt eerder als vanzelfsprekend dan als compensatie.

Ik begrijp dat er personeelstekorten kunnen zijn, maar dit ging veel verder dan dat. Dit was simpelweg een aaneenschakeling van fouten en een zeer slechte organisatie.

Ook het restaurant stelde zwaar teleur. Het avondeten was van slechte kwaliteit en het duurde ontzettend lang voordat het werd geserveerd. Tijdens het ontbijt werden lege schalen nauwelijks aangevuld, waardoor een groot deel van het aanbod op was.

Al met al een bijzonder slechte ervaring. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut niet aanbevelen.

I didnt count with the lengthy checkout procedure (queuing, computer work by the person behind the counter to checkout and generate an invoice, queuing again because the invoice only mentioned the City tax and not the hotel cost). I had to hurry to catch my train.

Fine værelser men personale og morgenmad var ikke godt nok.

Cons:

Vi kunne ikke komme i kontakt med personale inden ankomst. De havde “travlt”. Køkkenet var pludselig lukket flere aftener, og ringe morgenmad. Ikke et sted vi vil komme tilbage til.
