Bardzo miła obsługa w całodobowej recepcji, bezproblemowy pobyt z psem, garaż podziemny. Pokój przestronny, dobre oświetlenie. Cisza i spokój w okolicy.

Cons:

Problemy z wymianą ręczników; po dwóch dniach nie wymieniania ręczniki z podłogi zostały zawieszone ponownie na wieszaku...a na tablecie pojawiła się informacja, że za dodatkową zmianę ręczników lub pościeli trzeba zapłacić. Nasz pobyt trwał 8 dni. W łazience nie ma grzejnika, więc trudno wysuszyć ręcznik na wieszaku...a poza tym to chyba hotel i klient płaci za takie usługi. Po zgłoszeniu w recepcji dostaliśmy czyste ręczniki następnego dnia.
Jedyny hotel, który ma problem z prostą usługą tłumacząc się ekologią...

Pros:

The location is good. the beds are nice and we got a kitchen in the suite.

Cons:

I booked for 2 nights and checked in late. the bath floor is not leveled correctly so water went everywhere and spent the night wipping the floor. When I brought this to the reception desk, she said I have to wait till morning so the maintenance guy check it and offered to upgrade if I pay more.
Next day, the maintenance guy came and agreed to the problem and the reception finally upgraded my suite. just waste of time and that should be done from beginning.

very brief and disappointing

the room was a nice size and clean.

Cons:

the ipad in the room was a waste of time, i asked for a dressing gown and dental kit and nothing arrived, we ordered food to collect downstairs and it didn't work and when we went down to the bar/restaurant was told no order had come through and they were too busy to make any more food (approx 15 people in room) and told to order uber eats, asked for help regarding a phone charger and was dismissed very rudely by the man at checkin, they were aware that we had no luggage as our suitcases had been held at the airport due to a cancelled connecting flight.
