Все було чудово. Адміністрація виконали наше побажання щодо одного великого ліжка. Чистий номер, білосніжна білизна, рушники, чиста і охайна ванна кімната з хорошою сантехнікою.

Cons:

- Beim Frühstück A-la-Carte Option für personalisierte Omlettes, Spiegeleier und mehr. Zusätzlich auf Anfrage Optionen für diverse Unverträglichkeiten und Ernährungspräferenzen. Gute Auswahl an Getränken.

Cons:

- ungünstig gelegen. Umliegende Supermärkte/Restaurants oder die Tram sind nur zu erreichen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder eine Fahrrad/Auto Option hat
- Frühstück ist okay aber bietet aber auf lange Sicht zu wenig Abwechslung. Wir waren 10 Tage da und es hat sich nie was verändert. Jeden Morgen dieselben 2 (!) Wurstsorten etc. Würde das Frühstück nur optional an einzelnen Tagen dazubuchen. Dann wäre es tatsächlich sehr gut.

Cons:

Fernseher steht neuerdings in der Mitte vom Zimmer, so das man wenn man in der Sitzecke verweilt nur die Rückseite des TVs sieht, völlig sinnfrei. Das Zimmer wird nur nach Aufforderung gereinigt. Beim Frühstück keinerlei Brötchen im Angebot.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor and slow, and most of our requests were either ignored or received no response.

Housekeeping was practically non-existent. We repeatedly asked for our room to be cleaned, but no one came. Only after insisting several times did they send a receptionist, who simply removed the garbage instead of properly cleaning the room.

We also ordered food, but instead of delivering it to our room, we received a call asking us to come downstairs and collect it ourselves.

Another inconvenience was that there was no telephone in the room, making it difficult to contact the reception or request any services.

To make matters worse, when we first checked into the room, it was not properly cleaned. There was dust around the room, and we even found broken glass, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel seriously lacks basic cleanliness, proper housekeeping, and acceptable customer service standards. The only positive point was that the reception area was clean.

Recht angenehm/mer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gut waren die frischen Eier beim Frühstück, die auf Anfrage zubereitet wurden. Die haben das Frühstück rausgerissen.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.
Die Lage des Hotels ist nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad ok.

Cons:

Das Frühstück insgesamt war mäßig, wenig Abwechslung bei gesunden Anteilen.
Der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt!!!

Wygodny Hotel
Pros:

Hotel wygodny ,ładna część restauracyjna.Wygodny parking bez opłat dodatkowych.
Dobre śniadania.Uprzejma obsługa,

Cons:

Trudny kontakkt z servisem sprzątającym i w rezultacie brak sprzątania przez 3 dni oraz wymiany ręczników.
Okna zasłonięte panelami fasadowymi i tylko jedno uchylało się na 10cm.
