The staff that was available all represented themselves extremely well.
The distance to the metro was way too far really and its not greatly convient. The cleanliness of a radisson hotel chain was knowhere near expectations for this company. Lack of staffing seems to be a major issue.

Good breakfast and friendly staff
Location as I had to walk almost 15-20 minutes each time to reach a good restaurant or grocery or to catch tram.
Les instal•lacions i la neteja. La maquina de cafe estava espatllada i ens van deixar fer un cafe a les maquines del saló d’esmorzars.
Un cop pagat ens van informar sobre les regles del hotel, en elles deia que podies sol•licitar la neteja de l’habitació si avisaves amb antelació. Quan ho vam sol•licitar ens van comentar que no, que només era possible si l’estada era superior a 3 dies.
I loved the room - it had everything that you would need.
One thing was the TV channels were all dutch haha. The filter system didnt work on the tablet aside from that it was fine.

Egy alapos nagytakaritas raferne a szobakra, illetve az egesz épületre. A repulok pont az epulet folott szallnak fel es landolnak, de egyaltalan nem zavaro, mert ketszer egy nap kell ezzel szamolni es nem egesz nap. A belvaros kocsival 25-30 perc.

No hacen la habitacion sino estas mas de tres dias.
The room was not cleaned properly on arrival, the toilet was very dirty, there were no soap or shower gel left in the bottles. We asked for cleaning 3 times but they said they were short on staff. We also asked for another blanket which we didn't recieve, and when we asked for towels we had to go get them ourselves with a person working in the reception.
No cleaning, have to ask 3 times, ac not working on whole floor, gym is never cleaned
We would give this hotel one star except for the staff. The extremely understaffed personnel were very kind and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon after two days of travel. The website said there was a restaurant open every day for lunch and dinner. The owners decided to shut for lunch altogether and Sunday for dinner it was also closed. Our room was not ready at guaranteed check-in time because there wasn't enough staff. We witnessed this almost every evening of our nine night stay. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. There was a crack in the bathtub in our suite from the faucet right down the side to the drain. Very unsanitary so needless to say we didn't use it. The restaurant was open Monday night, we went and everybody including us had to wait between one and three quarter hours to three hours for their food. There was only one person in the kitchen. Families staying in the hotel were turned away long before closing time. The owners are not interested in making the customers happy.
