Cons:

Room very, very dusty, had to take anti allergy medication every evening and morning. Cleaning seems okay though, i wonder why it is so dusty?

Perfect spot in a great location
Pros:

Perfect little 2 bed apartment. Ground floor. Easy access. Perfect location in Krakow between the old town and Jewish district. Tram 2 minutes from the apartment. Great facilities. Comfy beds. Good shower. Good heating.

Cons:

Floor wasn’t very clean, blinds weren’t the darkest for nighttime.

Pros:

The apartment itself was great. There were a few things that were not mentioned here, but we were prepared for them from the other comments:
- The location of the apartment was different from the location of the reception. The apartment was 3-4mins away from the reception.
- The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift as the building was old. This was not a problem for us, but if you are with a heavy suitcase it might be.
- The building was on a main street and there was a tram stop in front of it. During the day you can feel when the tram passes. (Fortunately there is no traffic during the night)
On the other hand, there were some things (based on the other comments) that were improved:
- The personnel did speak English and it was easy to communicate.
- The apartment was heated when we arrived.
- When we arrived at the reception they specifically asked us if and when we would like our towels and sheets to be changed. We said that there would be no need, but they did leave us new towels on the 3rd day (and more coffee 😊)
- At the reception they assisted with trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine.

Cons:

We were there for 4 nights, 2 of them there was no hot water, but only in the evening. I assume there was some accident and it was just bad luck but still it wasn’t very pleasant.

Загалом залишились приємні враження від перебування.
Pros:

Затишні апартаменти, виглядають як на фото. Хороше місце розташування - до центру міста 10 хвилин пішки, а до вокзалу 20 хвилин. Знаходяться в закритому дворі.

Cons:

Було трохи брудно у ванній кімнаті.
