Cons:

When we arrived, we had no pillows on the bed, there was dirt on the bed and body hair from a previous guest on the tiles of the shower and the bed mattress and pillows when we eventually got them were like sleeping on concrete

Absolute joke steer clear overpriced hostel
Pros:

Had to call as no one on reception, just strolled in 20 mins later. Put family on 4th floor, no lift and beds were on a home made mezzanine floor with dangerous steps, couldn't put grandson up there. Was furniture blocking doorway to hallway for room, "fire hazard". Walked out went elsewhere. This is more like a hostel definitely not a hotel.
