Place was good but staff was not at all good
Pros:

I liked the place but not the staff. Lady during checkout was nice but the guy while checking in was little racist. I have it a 1 because I felt racism.

Excellent location, bed comfortable and rooms very coean. Helpful staff too.
Pros:

It’s in an excellent location to explore Newquay. Two minutes to the town centre and not far to the beach. Some rooms have a side sea view. Staff were welcoming and the rooms and bathrooms very clean. Bed was really comfortable. I’d stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.

Pros:

We booked this hotel for a last minute getaway. We was welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception and shown to our room. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean..the location was brilliant, central to everything including the beach.

Cons:

No lifts but nothing to complain about.

worst place I've ever stayed
Cons:

sick stained carpet, hairs both kind in bed and what looked to be bogies, it was that bad I didn't stay
