Pros:

Location close to the beach. Room was clean.

Cons:

Very hot room. Windows cannot be opened fully. No fan. Also on request no support. Furniture basic best. No hairdryer in the room. Needs to be requested at reception.

Disappointing, facilities were not adequate.

The location was good and the building itself was clean the room was clean as well.

The room had one fan and no aircon. We stayed in the family view which has a loft which looks a lot bigger in the photos, we ended up having to move our mattresses on the little floor space left downstairs as the loft was actually suffocating because it was so hot it is not safe to stay up there even with the fan on and windows open, considering that it was a family view and that is the children’s sleeping area there should be better ventilation and air con for a property that’s peak season is in summer. The room looks a lot bigger in the photos there was very little space downstairs I wouldn’t recommend a family stay there even two adults would struggle. The bathroom was clean enough but the facilities were average felt like a public bathroom. Also the lift was not working it was hard to carry all our luggage up the very narrow steep staircase to the top floor. A minor note is that there is a floor length mirror pictured that was not in our room.

Highly recommend to visit.
Pros:

We liked almost everything.The staff was very good and wellcoming.

Cons:

The internet was not working at night.
I was strugling to fall asleep and decided to watch some youtube videos on the tv,but the internet was off.Other things was excellent.

Pros:

The Hotel is a perfect location for accessing all parts of Newquay and the seaviews are amazing. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. You are made to feel like old friends, rather than guests with lots of recommendations available for whatever you wanted to do in the area.

Cons:

Not a negative but just a warning - there are a lot of stairs.... not a problem for us, we loved it.

A man who worked in the hotel was very ignorant and rude not very helpful at all and the bedding wasn’t very clean

Basale plek voor als je het allergrootste deel van de tijd niet in je hotel gaat zijn.
Pros:

De locatie is ok, redelijk dicht bij de main shopping street, grotendeels zonder al te veel lawaai (hoewel er op zaterdagavond wel een vechtpartij onder ons raam was).

Cons:

Het is een wat liefdeloze omgeving, op de begane grond is een gezamenlijke ruimte waar ook spullen worden opgeslagen. De lift werkt structureel niet, was afgeplakt (onze kamer was op de derde). Smal trappenhuis naar de kamer die echt klein is, twee eenpersoonsbedden konden net diagonaal tegenover elkaar staan. Vloer van badkamer is afgebladderd, daar ligt dan een matje overheen.
