Cons:

The shower is awful. Couldn't wash my hair properly because is need it to keep pressing the tap. Water wasn't hot enough as well.

Pleasant for a short stay and at much better prices than other guest houses in the locality.
Pros:

Great location, really helpful staff. Decent en-suite bathroom.

Great weeks Holiday
Pros:

I stayed for a whole week at Palace Surf Lodge.
I stayed with my 18 year old daughter and my cousin.
I can honestly say we had a fantastic week,
It's basic, we had our own room with bunk beds and our own toilet and shower
We found the beds to be very comfortable and we all slept really well.
It was clean.
The owner is very helpful, approachable and easy to contact.
The location is amazing.
I would definitely return.
It's a that does what it says on the tin.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Had a great stay at Reef Lodge in Newquay! The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and fresh, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything you need. Will definitely be booking again.

Location, view and Syaff we're very welcoming and we were very happy to get a park right outside

Cons:

Young kids were quite noisy on the above floor at a time when they should have been well asleep after 10.30, but all quite once, they fell asleep

Rooms were clean however.
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights, party of three. We took a family room for four people with a bunkbed, but if you are big or taller than 5'5 you won't fit in those bunkbeds. The shower also broke in our last day and one of us had to shower in the shared toilet.

It was okay for money. But there was a lot of background and outside noises, the next room people was talking loud till
Cons:

The shower glass door is just next to washbasin which has high chance of damage once open. We have been very careful when we enter the bathroom every time and taking a shower. I never see such shower doors anywhere.

Great hotel
Pros:

Close to the sea, town and station. Bed was comfortable nice size room for a family of 4.plenty of space. Has a fridge microwave and kettle.

Cons:

No cupboard space to store clothes, shower leaked and 2 of the windows didn't shut. This didn't affect my stay. I used it for a base to explore Cornwall
