Периодически, будучи в командировке в Абакане останавливаюсь в этой гостинице. В этот раз мне дали новый номер, после ремонта.

Старый отель, требующий модернизации.
Pros:

Отель построен давно, ремонтировался видимо лет 5 назад.
Присутствует посторонний запах в номере, в туалете отсутствует полотенцесушитель, поэтому полотенца у вас будут влажные.
В номере прохладно в октябре (на улице было около 0).
Номер (был люкс!) бестолков. Узкий коридор, телевизор с постели не посмотришь (выдвинул на тумбочке на колесах в удобное положение), выключатели света нелогичны (нужны проходные выключатели).
Из плюсов - халат, чайник в номере и пакетики с чаем, хороший район, неплохой ресторан внизу и неплохие завтраки (заказ завтрака по сету, всего 3 сета), есть маленькая парковка под шлагбаумом.
Вывод - отель нужно чистить и перестраивать.
