Belle Epoque Residence

Perfect

It's a beautiful property but on the third floor there's no elevator. And the most inconvenient is no AC conditioner. It was so hot. So I have to take all my heavy bags upstairs from the third floor.

Heel toffe studio, mooi ingericht, vlakbij historisch centrum. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

This is an absolute gem in Krakow. Would book there again.

Really clean and comfortable.

We had a fabulous stay here and were very pleasantly surprised to see we had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment . Amazing apartments , very spacious . The receptionist was also brilliant at trying to locate my son’s lost wallet.
There is a zabka grocery store directly under the apartments for anything you need .
Around an 8-10 minute walk to the old town . The area felt very safe , clean with a couple of cafes on route to the old town .
The old thing I would have liked was a few English channels on the tv , even if just world news . You tube is available though and we didn’t spend much time in the room .

Great great stay!! My wife and I enjoyed Kraków while staying at this spot, La Belle Epoque. We are definitely coming back! The place is really clean and spacious. The breakfast was the best moment. We were not expecting such thing. It was really nice and tasty. We loved it. My wife couldn't stop talking about it. We are looking forward to come back! We highly recommend the place.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Not too far out of the center. Shame the sauna wasnt working. Would also suggest it would be good to have at least one English speaking TV channel. Apart from that very good.

Clean and tidy within walking distance to most of the local sights and restaurants

The residence is great for a quick trip to Krakow. It is within walking distance to the main square ans old town.
The building itself looks new and was clean and spacious with good storage space.
The pillows were not great and the shower in one of our apartments was not height adjustable. There is no air conditioning either but there were fans available.
We stayed in apartment A1 and A32, the latter of which is on the top floor. If you have heavy luggage then you may struggle as there is no lift.
We enjoyed our stay at Belle Epoque and would happily stay again.

Siisti ja raikas paikka hyvällä sijainnilla. Respa toimii pääasiassa itsepalveluna, mutta asiat oli silti järjestetty hyvin. Huone oli iso ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu.

Wonderful!!! What a place to stay… . so close to the centre with wonderful spread of breakfast everyday, washing machines with separate dryers, sauna…

Reception was not very friendly and effective.

Very nice property, very clean, with a huuuuge bath tub and very close to the center of the city. Convenient location and nice people means pleasant stay and wonderful time. Must return!! Highly recommended!

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 21:30hrs. Although reception was not manned 24 hours, there was a member of staff on site 24 hours so check in was quick and easy. Our apartment was as we hoped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of information in the welcome pack and we settled in very quickly. The location of the apartment was excellent, a short 15 minute stroll into the “old town”. The apartments have an area in the basement with a sauna, a small exercise area and a shower and toilet. There was also a washer and dryer in this area, which we did not use, but which I assume was for guest use. We will definitely use the apartments again next time we visit Krakow.

I chose the superior 1 bedroom apartment as Hotels.com advertise it as having air conditioning. This is important to me as I have asthma and struggle in hot weather conditions. We were disappointed to find out the website had misled us and there was NO air conditioning. Neither was there a DVD player. And don't get excited if you're from the UK and see satellite channels advertised ... the only thing we could watch in English was youtube! Thankfully we had taken our laptop so were able to watch dvd's and amazon prime.

....but, the apartment itself was excellent. Spacious, clean and in a great location just a short walk to the old town and a small supermarket a few steps away for essentials. They did provide us with an electric fan after we queried the fact there was no air conditioning.

Staff are pretty elusive in this place and really only speak when spoken to.

They arranged our airport transport for us and both taxi drivers were great.

Would definitely stay here again ... despite having no air conditioning!

Kitchen is adequately equipped, though an extra t-towel and some oven gloves would have helped. 3 dishwasher tablets were provided for our 7 night stay.
