A great one night stay in Trapani and transfer to airport early in the morning
Pros:

Communication, check in and services were all good. Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Slightly noisy with traffic.

- There was no proper window with a view. Instead, there was a small balcony overlooking the neighbouring building, with the air-conditioning units.
- The shower had poor water pressure, and the door was difficult to slide open and closed.
- No Smart TV.
- The decor was ok, but nothing particularly inspiring or memorable.

Séjour plaisant dans une petite ville très agréable.
Pros:

Emplacement central, spacieux ( un grand 2 pièces) et très propre. L’accueil et l’aide à notre arrivée alors même que la réception allait fermer. La terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner du matin. Il y a même un ascenseur. Des serviettes pour la baignade nous ont été gentiment mises à disposition.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Trapani
Pros:

Die Familiensuite war super schön - wir hatten 2 getrennte Doppelzimmer , 2 Bäder und ein esswohnbereich . Die Suite hatte sogar eine Waschmaschine.
Alles war sehr sauber.
Das frühstück auf der Terrasse war auch sehr lecker .
Ketty und Giorgio an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr macht einen tollen Job ! Die Lage war auch sehr gut in paar Minuten alles zu Fuß erreichbar .

Top Lage mit zuvorkommendes Personal
Pros:

Sehr grosszügiger Raum und äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Apparthotel befindet sich ausserdem an einer Top-Lage.

Cons:

Etwas lärmig in der Nacht. Der Balkon war hübsch, jedoch nicht zu geniessen, weil die Abzüge der Warmluft von den Klimanlagen dort installiert waren.

Perfect apart from the street noise
Pros:

It was a very central location, we had such a warm welcome and great advice how to spend our time in Trapani. The room was spacious with good facilities.

Cons:

The only problem was the street noise at night, multiple people driving past with their music on very loud, I could hear it through ear plugs and pillow and it went on until very late

Ci tornerei assolutamente
Pros:

La posizione è veramente strategica, a due passi dal centro e dalle fermate degli autobus. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. La terrazza è un punto di forza, ottima per farci colazione.

Cons:

L'ingresso è proprio sulla carreggiata ed è scomodo per i bagagli e la sicurezza. C'è un rumore di motore (penso l'aria) nel vano scale che è fastidioso.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione centrale della struttura, le finiture del palazzo quasi di lusso, la disponibilità di una lavatrice nell' appartamento, che è molto gradita nel ns viaggio a tappe.

Cons:

Il condizionatore alla notte non ha funzionato. Purtroppo in Sicilia in questo afoso agosto è un dettaglio che ha penalizzato tutto il resto .
