Colazione inclusa (dopo insistenza) ridicola: consiste nella scelta da 4 cartelli appesi in una stanza da supermarket di uno degli otto piatti(panini). Caffè americano e acqua incluso, tutto il resto a pagamento e porzionato singolarmente. Corridoi camere con macchie e nessuno che pulisce. Costo valet eccessivo. Insonorizzazione camere scarsa.

The only negative was the carpet. My wife did not enjoy the smell of the carpet. It had an old carpet odor, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

But the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

I did not like the breakfast.

Lo que más echamos en falta fue que el hotel no tiene un servicio de restauración. No ofrecen desayuno, comida ni cena; solo hay una pequeña zona con café americano gratuito y algunos productos para comprar, casi todos procesados, así que obliga a salir del hotel para cualquier comida. Además, la habitación tiene algunos detalles poco prácticos: apenas hay sitios para colgar las toallas y el armario, aunque es grande, está muy mal aprovechado. Solo tiene dos barras cortas y cuatro perchas, por lo que para tres personas durante varios días resulta insuficiente para guardar la ropa.

I always read hotel reviews before booking, so I wanted to share my experience to help others. Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. When people say, "You get what you pay for," that definitely applies here—but in this case, I wouldn't recommend spending your money at all.

The hotel is very outdated, and the cleanliness was lacking. It didn't appear that our room floors had been mopped in quite some time, which was not a great first impression.

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, the following day we had an interaction with the manager, a young gentleman, who was quite rude. He acted annoyed that we even asked a simple question, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.

The "free breakfast" was also disappointing. They were constantly out of coffee, and every morning we had to ask someone to refill it. Overall, the breakfast selection was very limited.

Another frustrating experience was being asked by security to leave the gazebo by the pool, even though we were the only two people sitting there. Meanwhile, the hallways were noisy every single night with guests yelling and carrying on at all hours. That seems like a much better place for security to focus their attention.

We travel to Miami every 2–3 months for medical appointments, so we stay in hotels here often. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we've had, and we can confidently say we will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was rude from the get go .. the two people were between 18-23 yo and they have a lot to learn about customer experience. The manager Ana was a terrible human being no wonder they were like that if she is in charge of them. Marriott needs to fire her immediately!
