Ok to stay but unfriendly staff and do not go the extra mile
Pros:

Close enough to where the restaurants are in Coral Gables- 15 min from airport.

Cons:

The staff was rude from the get go .. the two people were between 18-23 yo and they have a lot to learn about customer experience. The manager Ana was a terrible human being no wonder they were like that if she is in charge of them. Marriott needs to fire her immediately!

Opción céntrica, pero hay mejores opciones por calidad - precio
Pros:

El hotel tiene una buen ubicación en Coral Gables: cerca de Miracle Mile, frente a un Publix y simplemente un buen lugar desde donde poder moverse por Miami. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas.

Cons:

Me he quedado otras veces en este hotel y creo que será la última. El precio sigue subiendo, pero la atención y el ofrecimiento sigue bajando. Antes había desayuno bufet (aunque limitado, había una buena selección). Ahora te dan unas opciones pequeñas y te lo entregan de una manera que no te hace sentir muy bien atendido.

Siempre que reservo, lo hago con la opción de desayuno incluido, pero cuando llego allá, esa opción desaparece. Me ha pasado ya dos veces.

La atención de la recepción no siempre es la más entusiasta.

Hay otras opciones en el área que quizá son un poco más caras, pero te ofrecen más por lo que pagas, especialmente servicio.

Sirve para trabajar.
Pros:

Yo pague por el desayuno incluido y solo habia café. Todo el resto era para pagar. Muy Mal.

Cons:

La temperatura de la habitación era HELADA, y por más que apagaba el AC la temperatura era terrible. Salir a los pasillos igual.
