Pros:

Idealna opcja pod wyjazd na narty. W hotelu żadnych cudow, łóżko szafa, łazienka prysznic. Standard bez szału, ale jeśli potrzebujesz tylko sie przekimać po całodziennych zjazdach na stoku to polecam w 100 %. Suszarnia do sprzętu ogrzewana. Oprócz tego śniadanie i obiadokolacje bardzo dobre. Nie bylo nie wiadomo jakiego wyboru ale każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie. Ciepłe świeże smaczne. Polecam.

Cons:

Pobieranie kaucji o której nie było nigdzie mowy w kwocie 100€. Jak to pan stwierdził, jak byśmy złamali ciszę nocną po to była ta kaucja. Przy wymeldowaniu oddali ale musiałem sie 2 razy prosić, bo pan myslal że oddał, miałem wrażenie że liczył ze sie uda i zapomnę.

Bardzo udany pobyt, hotel godny polecenia. Bez luksusów ale jest naprawdę ok. Korzystna cena.

Hotel połozony na uboczu miejscowości, co jest jego dużą zaleta - cisza, spokój, dobra lokalizacja dla osób z własnym samochodem. Hotel zapewnia transport ski busem. Pokoje skromne ale czyste, ciepłe, łóżka duże i wygodne, spełniające oczekiwania w stosunku do ceny pobytu. Bardzo dobe śniadania, duży wybór serów, wędlin, ciepłe dania, wszystko świeże i napradę bardzo dobre. Możliwość skorzystania z posiłków wieczornych - obiadokolacje. Miła obsługa, uśmiechnięty i pomocny personel hotelu.

Cons:

W pokajach brakuje trochę stolików nocnych przy łóżkach.

Śniadanie w cenie.

Cons:

Brak szklanek w pokoju trzyosobowym- można o nie poprosić. Brak stolika nocnego, na trzy osoby- jedno krzesło i mała pufa. Wentylacji brak- trzeba otwierać okno. Pokój trzyosobowy strasznie mały, tak na prawdę tylko do spania, nie do spędzania czasu.

Das gesamte Personal ist immer super nett und das Essen wird auch vegetarischen Ansprüchen angepasst.
Es schmeckte aus der eigenen Küche immer sehr gut.
Die Aussicht im Restaurant und den Zimmern mit Beegblick ist sagenhaft.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind lieblos und nicht zeitgemäß gestaltet, wie auchv das gesamte Objekt. Es fehlen Schubladen im Kleiderschrank. Einige Mängel am Bad und an den feuchten Fenstern sind zu beheben.
Man hört über die Lüftung im Bad andere Gäste im Hotelzimmer. Wir konnten mit unseren Kindern darüber kommunizieren.
Der komplette Aufbau der Rezeption ist Amateurhaft.
Die gastronomische Ausbildung ist anscheinend nicht vorhanden. Kein Tisch gedeckt, keine Handschuhe verwendet. Teils unangebrachte Wegräum-Zeiten. Trotzdem immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Sauna ist praktisch unnutzbar. Die ganze untere Etage der Sauna und Spielbereich passt nicht zusammen. Man sollte sich auf ein Angebot festlegen. So nutzen die Gäste das nicht.
Die anfallende Tourismus Steuer kam dann noch on topp... Die wurde uns hier nicht im Vorfeld aufgezeigt.

Dobra baza dla narciarstwa, która wymaga inwestycji i komunikacji zasad
Pros:

Dobra organizacja (+bar, +sauna płatna, +table tennis, +kids, ) z wyjątkiem (-recepcja, -ski-room). Serwowanie owoców egzotycznych w kawałkach komplementuję, ale przydałyby się też inne w całości, np. banany i jabłka.

Cons:

Dyskryminacja cenowa większa niż przy biletach lotniczych - odpowiedzialny za to może być Booking. W pokoju: słaba wentylacja i wyciszenie, brak stolika nocnego i półki.

Super hotel, bardzo miły i uczynny personel, uśmiechnięty i chętny do pomocy. Pokoje proste, widać że były odnowione, czysto. Śniadania wyśmienite, spory wybór m.in. jajecznica, parówki, kiełbasa, wędliny dobrej jakości, sery, racuchy, jogurt i granola, owoce, ciasta, pączki, drożdżówki, , kawa z ekspresu, dla każdego coś się znajdzie. Można dokupić obiadokolację w dobrej cenie: 350 kc za osobę dorosłą, za dzieci 249 kc. Posiłki bardzo dobre, kilka do wyboru, są szwedzkie stoły, w tym sałatki, i inne dodatki, nawet niejadek znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wielkie ukłony za kluski z makiem - wyśmienite. Kolacja warta tej ceny. Ogólnie stosunek jakości do ceny wyśmienity! Ski bus dowozi do stoku i zabiera, czego można chcieć więcej. Lokalizacja jak z bajki, trochę daleko od miasta, ale można się przespacerować lasem. Bardzo nam się podobało!

Malutki minus, za brak ogrzewania w łazience, było tylko w pokoju, akurat trafiliśmy na deszcz i mieliśmy dużo mokrych rzeczy ze stoku.
