Friends on Fontanka

This hotel was easy to find. We checked in early with no extra cost. Receptionists are good English speakers.

Très bon emplacement face à la Fontanka. Cependant, literie assez dure et les shampoings ne sont pas fournis, un extra de 100 roubles est demandé.
Je recommande cet hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Seinät kuin paperia. Kahtena yönä valvoin kun kaikki kuuluu naapurihuoneesta. Toisena yönä valvoin kolme tuntia, kun kaikki keskustelu ja jopa paperin rapina kuului. Jouduin lähtemään aikaisemmin pois, kun oli tarkoitus (maksanut)

Convenient location and very good facilities in the hotel

Если нужно только переночевать - прекрасный вариант, при условии использования беруш)))), которые заботливо разложены персоналом по номерам)))).
Отель, в целом, хороший, чистый, уютный, персонал заботливый, еда в кафе - выше всяких похвал, но стены!!!!! Стены просто картонные, в прямом смысле этого слова. Слышно все, вплоть до застегивания молнии на куртке) А если кто-то из ваших соседей пришел за полночь и навеселе - держитесь, будет полное ощущение, что они стоят возле вашей кровати и орут вам в ухо!))))) В целом - все отлично, но если любите уединение и тишину, Вам явно не сюда. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, они как могут сглаживают эти моменты.

Nice hotel with thin walls. Not much sound proofing. Communal cooking area has micro and electric kettle and sink.

Bien situe, tres proper, tranquille excepte qu'il y a un bar situe en arriere tres bruyant mais a 23h il n'y a plus de bruit, alors si on veut etre tranquil avec les fenetres ouvertes c'est pas relaxant. Mais dans l'ensemble tres bien.

Das Hotel war soweit ganz gut und auch sauber. Zu bemängeln habe ich das W-Lan. Dieses ging bei mir kaum einmal, selbst dann nicht als mir jemand die Einstellungen an meinem Compu und Handy vornahm. Ich vermute eine schlechte Konfiguration oder ein zu schwacher Server. So konnte ich keine Informationen über Sankt Petersburg via Internet einholen und musste alles an Ort und Stelle anschauen gehen. Mühsam. Und ein paar Prospekte über die Stadt wären an der Rezeption auch hilfreich. Shuttle-Busse von 2018 und ein Stadtplan sind zu wenig.

Friendly staff and very comfortable room.
Liked the kitchen on each floor and the option of appartement with kitchenette. Well equipped and good value.

The room in the sixth floor has a window on the ceiling. I arrived at the hotel in the morning because of early flight but I couldn't get a sleep at the moment. However, it was also good when I woke up next morning since the room was so bright that I didn't have to get up to switch on the light.
One thing that bothered me most was I could hear the sound from the next room.

It is really a hostel. Very infrequent room service, no toiletries or kettle in the room, very slow WiFi, interrupting television service. Most importantly, we were not prewarned that there is a pub with live music next door, which causes enormous amount of noise till 5am three nights a week

It was clean and well organized but there were some noises from outside and there is no AC.

Very cute and clean, very good location. Had a view of a theater and Fontanka river from my room, was very lovely.
