Netter und freundlicher Empfang. Aber...
Wir haben als Apero je ein Glas Weisswein getrunken. Als wir dann eine Flasche Rotwein zu Essen bestellt haben, fragte uns die Kellnerin, ob sie uns den Wein ins Weisseinglas einschenken könne.... ;-( kein weiterer Kommentar....
Dann war noch eine Gruppe von 12 Personen, welche sowohl an der Bar, wie auch beim Abendessen und auch beim Frühstück sehr laut waren. Dies ist für andere Gäste sehr unangenehm. Solche Gruppen sollte man entweder an die Hausregeln aufmerksam machen oder dann in separaten Räumlichkeiten unterbringen oder dann das Hotel als geschlossene Gesellschaft schliessen.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a total area but it is excellent for vacation to get rest or to travel around in the south part of Austria

We arrived at the hotel as part of our honeymoon trip and birthday, when we arrived the hotel congratulated us and gave us both a glass of fizz!
We were upgraded to a a gorgeous suite.
The staff are begond helpful.
Highly recommend the buffet. So much fresh produce and pride is clearly taken in local foods.
The pool is a extra gem.
There is a sauna, you just have to ask to use this as it takes an hour to prepare, although this is not an issue for staff. We did this at 8:30 in the morning, staff were so accommodating.
Will return next year for sure! Thank you.
