Otroligt bra hotell och fantastisk service.
Pros:

Jag visste inte att hoteller drivs av studenter. De var allihop enastånde.

Cons:

Läget var nära men lite off, inga elcyklar eller liknande i närheten. Fick åka Uber överallt.

Pros:

Complimenti! Una stanza davvero ampia, con tanto di divano e un letto grande, ben pulita.
Pur essendo sulla strada non ho sentito nessun rumore, era ben isolata. Inaspettato il vetro anti appannamento nel bagno.
Complimenti ai ragazzi per la loro accoglienza e disponibilità. Non è scontato, anche durante la colazione mi è stato chiesto come andava e cosa avrei fatto durante la giornata. Mi sono trovato davvero bene.

Cons:

Mi sarei aspettata un frigobar per tenere l’acqua al fresco ma per il resto tutto è andato benissimo.

A bright, clean, comfortable and friendly stay- well done to all those studying and working there.
Pros:

The housekeeping side was immaculate throughout. The friendliness of staff and willingness to try to help was great. It would have been handy to have a map of the city to support the explanations plus for the front desk staff to know the city more - a few recommendations would have been good. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Good job all round !

Cons:

The public transport was trickier to use due to a closed road or something. Again, a map so we could be shown exactly where to go and which numbers and end points of trams and buses.. we were advised to use Google maps but didn't have internet outside the hotel so were lost.

Nice hotel and close to airport

Todella kiva konsepti.
Henkilökunta/ opiskelijat todella mukavia ja avuliaita.
Hyvä aamupala.
Tilava huone sekä kylpyhuone, paljon kaappitilaa.

Raitiovaunupysäkki oven edessä, kätevä yhteys lentokentälle sekä keskustaan. Kävellen keskustaan n. 4km. Rauhallinen alue.
Vieressä ihastuttava Rembrantin puisto. Kävelyetäisyydellä ravintoloita ja kauppoja.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Mir wurde sofort angeboten mein Bike sicher unterzustellen. Es wurde mir alles super erklärt. Mein Zimmer war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr groß mit Klimaanlage und einem Tresor. Das geräumige Bad war ohne Fenster.
Beim Frühstück wurde ich bedient, das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt die Hotelschule. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis Leistung ist mehr als top!

In Hotel-Schule gut übernachten
Pros:

Mir hat das Konzept gefallen, in einer Hotelerie-Schule zu übernachten. Ich hatte dann fast ausschließlich mit Lehrlingen zu tun, die ihren Job sehr gut gemacht haben. Großes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, Ohrensessel, kleinem Schreibtisch. Modernes Bad. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Gutes Frühstück. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück habe ich einen grünen Tee bestellt, weil es meinen Wunsch-Tee nicht gab. Gebracht wurde mir der Tee, den ich vorher auf Nachfrage explizit ausgeschlossen hatte.

Albergo molto bene curato, il bagno da migliorare
Pros:

La gestione da parte degli studenti dell' accademia alberghiera è meravigliosa. Le stanze sono grandi, letti comodi

Cons:

Il bagno è la nota dolente: non c'erano i bicchieri dove appoggiare gli spazzolini, dal punto di vista igienico non comprendo questa scelta. In bagno si entrava salendo uno scalino, scomodo.
