Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt am Hotel eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Für Reisende mit dem Auto große Tiefgarage mit sehr moderaten Preise für Amsterdam.

Spezielles Hotel mit leichtem Internats-Feeling

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ist aber öffentlich gut erreichbar. Das Konzept der Hotelschule ist außergewöhnlich und sehr charmant, der Service sehr bemüht (vielleicht sogar ein bisschen zu sehr). Alle Zimmer haben ein unterschiedliches Design. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Design unseres Zimmers hat mir leider nicht gefallen (Kasha Suite?), außerdem ist die Ausstattung etwas spärlich. Es gibt z. B. keine Garderobe, viel zu wenig Kleiderbügel und keine Becher im Bad, außerdem eine sehr merkwürdige Beleuchtung (z. B. kein Licht am Bett). Das Frühstücksangebot ist eher klein und wird am dritten Tag etwas langweilig, etwas mehr Auswahl bei Müsli und eine minimale Abwechslung wäre fein.

这是一所学校办的宾馆、房间大、有早餐、卫生打理的非常干净、员工服务非常好、特别是有一位中国香港的学员服务非常到位、我们想去库肯霍夫花园不知道怎么坐公交车、这个中国学员专门帮我们做了一张彩色公共交通图、图中详细标注换车站及票价、非常感动、让人有宾至如归的感觉。为学校能培养出这么体贴顾客的优秀学员而感到惊喜、该学员善良美丽聪慧从事服务工作前途无量。

Ein tolles Zimmer mit hervorragendem Servicepersonal.
Pros:

Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel, ins Zentrum fährt man etwa 20 Minuten, man muss aber einmal umsteigen. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück kann man Kaffeespezialitäten und Eierspeisen wählen, die dann frisch zubereitet und serviert werden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet eine eher spärliche Auswahl, für Vegetarier/Veganer ist nur sehr wenig dabei. Das Frühstück wird unter der Woche nur bis 9.30 Uhr angeboten.

Tolles Hotel, Lage für uns zu weit außerhalb
Pros:

Super Konzept, könnte man sich was abschauen in Österreich, liebes Personal. Frühstück ist klein aber fein, Getränke werden serviert. Zimmer sind sauber und gross, ruhige Lage zum erholsamen Schlaf, Rezeption immer wer da.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels entspricht nicht unseren Bedürfnissen. Die Straßenbahn ist wirklich vor der Türe, Intervalle sind prinzipiell in Ordnung. Trotzdem braucht man von allen klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zurück ins Hotel fast 1 Stunde. Sightseeing, frisch machen im Hotel und dann nochmal raus auf ein Getränk macht bei der Entfernung keinen Spaß.
