Servicio ala piscina una buena carta de snacks y se pueda consumir en el kiosko
Es un hotel con mucho potencial turístico, pero....
Está sobrevalorado, la habitación muy convencional y básica en relación al precio, personal poco entrenado. En la noche no queda nadie en la recepción, solo el conserje, el desayuno sin mucha posibilidad de elección y agotado lo que se solicitaba. Solo hay restaurante hasta las 7 pm y el uso de la piscina es limitado (10am-6 pm). Realmente decepcionado. El precio no se ajusta para nada a la situación. Para ser alquilado en temporada alta debería tener muchísima mejor atención y servicios.

Tiene que organizarse con el inventario del desayuno... Habíamos pedidos tamales y luego me dijeron que se acabaron.... Pero a otros huéspedes q llegaron después si les sirvieron tamales... Generó incomodidad.

Le bruit du couloir, pas de climatisation , le prix bien trop élevé pour la zone. Pas de lampe de chevet.

1. El desayuno es lo mismo siempre, así que si no te gusta debes pagar más
2. Si quieres Sauna o Turco, tienes que pagar 40.000 pesos la hora
3. No tiene bar, a las 6 pm apagan la música
4. Para el precio que se paga, no tiene nada más que hacer que la piscina que la cierran a las 6 pm
5. Se ve descuidadas algunas habitaciones
Moniquirá no tiene muchas actividades, pero cuando vi el hotel, mi habitación no tenía aire, ni mini bar, ni mesas para el balcón, no servía el televisor!
Pagar 1.7 millones de pesos para dos noches de solo estadía por no tener nada que hacer allá me parece absurdo!
No volvería, aunque su personal fue muy amable, esto es un tema de administración !

La relación precio calidad es muy mala, más habitaciones son la cosa más simple que puede haber por ese valor, y las instalaciones del hotel son muy básicas, no tienen agua caliente

Todo, no nos dejaron alojar por que el hotel estaba sin luz, no había como entrar a la habitación. todo mal.

Cobran por anticipado la mitad a pesar que había opción de cancelación.
La estadia fue buena, la piscina excelente muy bien cuidada y buen servicio, la cena muy regular talvez porque llegamos muy tarde. Demoraron 15 dias en enviar la factura electronica teniendo que llamar a reclamarla.

Esta bien, aunque por su precio podría tener mejor servicio, quien ayude con el equipaje y algo más de variedad en el desayuno.
Very convenient location but they should offer a space where to get changed if you are to early for the room. We went to a wedding and we were not offered changing facilities.
