Pros:

They didn't provide the room I reserved. I have to pay much more for the room . At first they gave me a room in a cabin with no air conditioning. A very strech bathroom . And a very small room with no TV.

Excelente servicio. Muchas cosas por hacer, tiene 4 piscinas la que me encanto es la que está al lado del restaurante. Muy limpio y siguen rigurosamente el tema de bioseguridad. Tiene muy buena vista panorámica. En total yo y mi pareja quedamos encantados con el hotel.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero el servicio muy regular, hacen lo que pueden. No tienen capacitación por ende no tienen buen servicio. Gracias
