Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. Even before I arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and explained exactly how to reach the hotel by public transport, which turned out to be surprisingly easy. From the moment I arrived, I felt so warmly welcomed. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and happy to help, and the staff gave me fantastic recommendations for beautiful places to visit in the area.

The hotel itself is absolutely charming — peaceful, spotless, beautiful and surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery. My room was excellent, and the entire wellness area was incredibly relaxing and well maintained. The spa and pool were such a treat that even though there is so much to explore nearby, you could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel.

The food was AMAZING — genuinely one of the highlights of my stay. Everything I had was delicious, and I also loved the lovely detail of having my own assigned table in the dining room throughout my stay. The whole experience felt personal, comfortable and very well thought out.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. The only thing I missed was getting a massage at the spa because it was already fully booked, but I booked my stay very last minute, so that was completely understandable. Next time I’ll make sure to reserve a treatment in advance!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub im Herzen eines lebhaften Bergdorfs
Pros:

Das Hotel war trotz Hochsaison nicht ausgebucht. Dadurch bekamen wir zum gleichen Preis ein Update auf ein besseres Zimmer und konnten auch im Spabereich viele Services in sehr ruhigem Ambiente in Anspruch nehmen. Auch spontane Zusatzanfragen konnten problemlos umgesetzt werden.

Cons:

Wir sind erst nach dem ersten Tag draufgekommen wie die Anmeldung zu Massagen oder die Buchung vom Abendessen im Voraus funktioniert. Auch wenn man eine Broschüre beim Einchecken erhält, war uns nicht ganz klar, ob wir einfach zum Abendessen gehen können oder ob wir uns vorab anmelden müssen.

Leuk hotel voor een nacht maar dan ist wel mooi geweest
Pros:

Groot hotel met vele faciliteiten. Leuke binnenkomst met een glas prosecco.De wellness was een belevenis op zich vanwege de bijzondere ruimtes. Sauna met dennentakken op de grond. Je moest zelf sauna’s aanzetten en dus echt niet warm. Wellness echt wel gedateerd. In de kelder nog kegelen en een schietbaan.

Cons:

Het buffet was lauw.
