It was so bad we left after 2 hours
Pros:

Nothing, but if I had to find something:,The receptionist was kind and helpful.
The beach is very beautiful but full of annoying vendors. Not peaceful at all.

Cons:

This place was so bad we didnt even stay.

The room was totally unacceptable.
The window gave view to a wall which was located about 1m in front of the window.
You could not walk to get into bed, you would have to shuffel sideways as the space was too tight.
The bathroom was dirty.
The towels were dirty and stained.
The safe didnt work.
There were no deck chairs available at the beach as they were given away to outside people, not staying at the hotel.
It didnt feel safe or comfortable at all.

We asked for a better room and were told nothing was available.
We did get a new, functioning safe though and the lady at reception was very kind and courteous.

The pictures of the rooms shown on booking.com are NOTHING like the room we were given.

We left after two hours and asked for a partial refund but are not getting any answer from the manager. After his initial message saying he would have come to give us another room (when three of the staff refused to give us another room, claiming they were fully booked) and that he was 'sad' he has proceeded to ignore our messages.

The whole place has the vibe of a cheap hostel but the prices are pretty stiff.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

Posizione ottima direttamente sulla grande spiaggia di kendwa, colazione buona e personale gentile e disponibile.
Prezzo conveniente.

Cons:

Camera vecchia assolutamente da ristrutturare, dalla doccia esce poca acqua, armadio poco capiente.

I would come back.
Pros:

Staff, the room, the location. It was a really really nice stay. You had the feeling of being taking care of like you where part of a little family. The staff was so so kind and helpful. Even when you where close to a little breakdown cause of a situationen the staff handled it so well without you felt guilty. They where VERY well spoken in English and the room was just perfect.

Cons:

There is one thing which is just hard to come around and do anything about. But it it’s that do you have to room closes to the stairs you will be hearing the generator if you go to bed before 23-24. There ain’t much to do about it. It how it is in Zanzibar. Cause they get electricity from the main land. And it’s not 100solid. So you can either choose to have no electricity or stay somewhere where there is a generator.

Last option is it pay for the sea view. Which I would recommend.

There is around total of 24 rooms. So you have to be quick to book. DO IT NOW 😁

Rooms are very dated. Bed was kind of uncomfortable and taking a shower was an experience. The whole bathroom got wet. Power went almost everyday. The generators didn't have enough gas and it was extremely hot in the rooms without the AC

Pros:

Location, partly breakfast.

Cons:

I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The arrival of the taxi that was supposed to be waiting for us at the airport, and that organized the accommodation, was an hour late. The accommodation is below average, the furniture is old, in one room there was not even a bed, but the mattresses were placed on wooden pallets. The ground floor feels damp. Frequent power outages. The unit is extremely noisy and the exhaust gases end up in the rooms on the ground floor. There is no sound insulation. We stayed only one night out of the 4 nights booked. The owner of the building avoided giving us the money for the accommodation all day and in the end, when we left, there was no one at the reception and the owner did not answer the phone. Never pay in cash, and if the staff will insist on this type of payment, because you won't get a bill and you won't be able to fight for your rights.

posizione della struttura e servizio in spiaggia buonissimo

Cons:

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso piacevole, tuttavia la camera presentava alcune mancanze che sarebbe utile migliorare. Non erano presenti appendiabiti o appendi asciugamani, né sedie, elementi che rendono la permanenza decisamente più comoda e funzionale.
Inoltre nella camera non era presente una porta per il bagno e la doccia si trovava accanto al letto, una soluzione che può risultare poco pratica e che riduce la privacy.
Inoltre la corrente elettrica andava via spesso; anche se mi è stato detto che è una situazione abbastanza comune nella zona, può comunque creare qualche disagio agli ospiti.
Con qualche piccolo accorgimento e miglioramento dei servizi, l’esperienza potrebbe essere decisamente più confortevole.
