Хорошее расположение относительно пляжа и города. Рядом много разных магазинов и отелей, где можно покушать и разнообразить питание. До пляжа метров 200 идти от лежаков. В соотношении цена качество, самое то. Удобные для нас кровати , с жёсткими матрасами. Периодически выключатели свет, но это больше проблема острова, так как эта проблема везде, а не только в этом отеле. Очень приветливые и дружелюбные сотрудники

Cons:

Рядом расположена рыбацкая деревня. Когда сушат сети, то может пахнуть рыбой. Из 12 дней проведенных в отеле, два дня как раз попахивало

La vicinanza alla spiaggia,lettini a disposizione degli ospiti ,la colazione vista mare ottima e abbondante anche se un po ripetitiva,il personale cortese,salvo qualche rara eccezione.

Cons:

Le camere che sono adiacenti in un corridoio vicino alla reception sono buie e umide e la finestra ha una vista sul muro,disparità di trattamento di alcuni dello staff verso clienti di altra nazionalità ,visto che avevo scelto un tavolo per la colazione in una zona più arieggiata perché faceva caldo,un dipendente mi ha chiesto di spostarmi più indietro.Quando ho notato che invece ad altri turisti è stato concesso di restare nel tavolo in posizione più fresca mi sono lamentata con lo staff,questa disparità di trattamento non è professionale. Come viaggiatrice singola non mi sono sentita molto sicura poiché il fatto di essere sola ha dato adito a interpretazioni errate della mia gentilezza scambiata per disponibilità di altro tipo.

It was so bad we left after 2 hours

Nothing, but if I had to find something:,The receptionist was kind and helpful.
The beach is very beautiful but full of annoying vendors. Not peaceful at all.

This place was so bad we didnt even stay.

The room was totally unacceptable.
The window gave view to a wall which was located about 1m in front of the window.
You could not walk to get into bed, you would have to shuffel sideways as the space was too tight.
The bathroom was dirty.
The towels were dirty and stained.
The safe didnt work.
There were no deck chairs available at the beach as they were given away to outside people, not staying at the hotel.
It didnt feel safe or comfortable at all.

We asked for a better room and were told nothing was available.
We did get a new, functioning safe though and the lady at reception was very kind and courteous.

The pictures of the rooms shown on booking.com are NOTHING like the room we were given.

We left after two hours and asked for a partial refund but are not getting any answer from the manager. After his initial message saying he would have come to give us another room (when three of the staff refused to give us another room, claiming they were fully booked) and that he was 'sad' he has proceeded to ignore our messages.

The whole place has the vibe of a cheap hostel but the prices are pretty stiff.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

Posizione ottima direttamente sulla grande spiaggia di kendwa, colazione buona e personale gentile e disponibile.
Prezzo conveniente.

Cons:

Camera vecchia assolutamente da ristrutturare, dalla doccia esce poca acqua, armadio poco capiente.
