a little piece of paradise
Pros:

Beautifully, well maintained property with full kitchen facilities, amazing pool, and beachfront access.

The two fulltime caretakers are very welcoming and are available for any issues should any arise (none did).

This was the perfect retreat, allowing for long Beach walks, sipping coffee in the mornings while listening to the gentle ocean waves, the sea birds, and the occasional knocking on shells by the local oyster divers.

The villa is immaculately kept clean, fresh potable water kept topped up in our suite.

The pool is quite large, shallow, one depth, so nice for families with children. Perfect temperature. Very clean.

The ocean is swimmable, a few rocky parts to get out to the more sandy areas in the water. It stays shallow for quite a long ways out with some dips here and there of 8-10'.

Calm ocean water so safe for children with adult supervision.

There is one restaurant, the Faro grill, we ate at one night. Pretty good food and drinks. Pricey.

For the most part, we made our own meals at the villa after grocery shopping in bucerias on our way into the villa.

There isn't anything really close within walking distance once your there.

Everything was perfect!

If quiet, serene, relaxation is your goal...this is the place to be.

Pros:

I can't say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Every corner is charming and the staff was incredibly welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and my stay was relaxing.
Pros:

The location on the beach was wonderful with an exceptional view of the bay. The authentic Mexican style of the property was appealing and relaxing. The pool and patio areas were excellent to soak up some sun or just relax with a coffee or cold drink.

Cons:

The water taps in the bathroom shower and sink were difficult to adjust and the sink was slow to drain. The overhead ceiling fans need to be cleaned. The mattress on the bed was not very supportive and caused some mild back pain. The kitchen dishes and utensils could be of better quality and the stove in the shared kitchen did not heat efficiently.

The facility is amazing. Quiet and great staff.

Cons:

Out of the way, but once you figure out you should use the Uber app and not try and tell the taxis where you are, it was great. Uber app has your location pinged so you don't have to try and explain where you are.

Have recommended this property to everyone I know. What's not to like??!
Pros:

If you want to treat yourself to utter beauty and tropical auras stay here. You will delight in THOUSANDS of art pieces tucked in every nook and cranny and even canvases in your room and hallways. This is in addition to a fully stocked kitchen (ie everything but food), comfy beds, colorful gathering spaces, intricate walkways, secure locked gates along the beach and roadway, and the bay only feet away. It is also possible to walk along the beach to La Cruz. From the property we saw 20+ bird species, as the grounds contain mature trees, unlike the nearby condos scouring the landscape.

Cons:

You DO have to lay in some meals or drive/taxi to the nearest town. But there is a full size refrigerator in the kitchen. The nearly developments make this spot a slice of heaven.

Absolute Paradise
Pros:

The room with the view was well furnished. The pool was big enough to swim laps. The community kitchen was a big plus, complete with a full size fridge. There was a small fridge in the room. The maintenance man, Mario, was very responsive. Swimming in the ocean was nice.

Cons:

The gate to the ocean and the gate to drive in are padlocked and very difficult to operate. Too many different keys. A key for the ocean gate, a key for the drive in gate, and a key for the walk in gate, which you need to open to get to the padlock for the drive in gate.
Very steep driveway.

Sea gardens is the right name
Pros:

Being right in front of the beach was great. Pool and property are beyond beautiful.

Cons:

The wifi stopped working halfway through our stay so I was unable to take a work meeting. shower temperature was hard to control.

Pros:

Personable staff. Mario was there to assist with our late check-in. Would have been better if my Spanish speaking ability was more advanced. Kitchen is well supplied. WIFI is available, TV is not. Walking distance to the La Cruz Sunday market via the beach was a bonus. New high rise construction on both sides was a bit of a detriment. Had a nice stay overall.
