Hotel Versalles Suites

Es un buen lugar, limpio, buen servicio y económico, muy céntrico y seguro.

El peor hotel que me quede en mi vida, no tienen Limpieza en las habitaciones ! Había tampones con sangre en el inodoro ! La Tv no funciona , no hay agua en la regadera!!!!! Cómo es posible que no tengan agua , no saben ni ellos mismos a qué hora es el desayuno , háganme caso no se queden en esta basura de lugar ! Hay cucarachas en los baños , el manager cubano súper grosero y prepotente cuando le comentamos no nos quisieron apoyar en nada , sabanas sucias , en verdad eviten esta propiedad a toda costa ! Creo que ni merece estar este hotel en esta página web

La estancia en el hoteñ me fue super bien nos trataron super bien con amabilidad y respeto todos se portaron super con nosotros estoy encantado con el servicio ña atencion y quiero volver a recervar en ese hotel

キューバ人の経営のホテルです。キューバが大好きな人にはとても楽しいホテルです。スタッフも親切。
ただ道を渡るとき、近くに横断歩道がないので、動きの悪い人は注意してください。私たちの部屋は２階で階段での上り下りでした。
中扉もありセキュリティーはしっかりしてます。

Room was clean. No bugs and everything was tidy. The beds are hard, no hot water in the morning and the smell was clean-but strong. Overall not terrible for an overnight Bc it’s so close to the bus station.

everyone at the hotel was very nice but I must say that rooms without windows are hard to deal with. The roof was leaking when it rained hard and the shower didn't evacuate water. Nothing unreasonable given the price but just not the best experience.
However the hotel is located next to Mercado 23 which is awesome to visit and near the main ADO bus station which is highly convenient

I was damage my finger in the bathroom.
The bathroom door, is closing very strong and have sharp edges in aluminum handle.

Me gusta mucho la ubicación y personal del hotel. También muy positivo es el acceso al internet Wifi – en realidad la mejor que encontré en una hotel en el centro de Cancún. El problema son las fiestas del sábado. Se pone la música muy fuerte y tarde y no puedo dormir. Es la segunda vez que ponen una fiesta (creo en el techo del hotel) y no me deja dormir. Entonces si necesitas una habitación (sábado en la noche) y necesitas dormir – mejor de esconder otra. :(

Friendly and secure, the hotel is in the center of downtown a short walk to the central bus terminal, great restaurants and shopping. Staff speaks English/Spanish and assists your stay. I've visited Cancun 3 times for dental treatment and always stay at Versalles. Tip: the bus terminal is the best way to get to and from the airport on a non-stop, modern express bus. Pickup and delivery in front of all airport terminals. Ticket costs $4. No charge for luggage. Or hop a bus to anywhere in Mexico. William

Una experiencia y estancia muy positiva. Habitación grande, limpia y muy buena la ubicación – céntrico y cerca de restaurantes y transpiración (terminal de ADO). EL WIfi – EXCELLENTE.

Ubicación en el centro muy conveniente cerca de estacion de autobuses, tiendas, etc. Personal muy atento y servicial.

Se me hizo muy lindo, la ubicación es muy buena, el hotel estan sus habitaciones cómodas respecto al precio que pague definitivamente lo super recomiendo

this hotel is in great location. yet i had a bad expertise that the room is not soundproof and the reception kept talking all night. every other move within the hotel you can hear it loudly in the room.

room is little bit outdated but it's big and the internet is good.

Avantage: proximité immédiate du terminal bus ADO. Chambre simple, sans fenêtre mais air conditionné. S'assurer que la réservation est bien enregistrée auprès de l'hôtel.

Seemingly a family-run affair, all hands were on deck to check us in. Lobby and room were in good condition. Picked the hotel because it was near the bus terminal without being too close, and also near bars and restaurants on Yaxchilan. Room had recently been redone and the table lamps still had their wrapping on them. Saw one tiny cucaracha but no biggie. The only issue was the noise from the bars. I knew we were close and we'd hear them, but I didn't expect the noise to invade the room that badly, or for that late into the night.

The personal was very kind. Humble hotel, but comfortable to sleep while sightseeing for the day.
