My wife and I stayed at Lesvion Hotel from 22–24 August. Despite having a reservation through Booking.com, the accommodation fee was charged twice, meaning I paid more than TRY 16,000 twice for the same stay.

To avoid any misunderstanding: the EUR 138.60 pre-authorisation related to my Booking.com reservation is NOT the amount I am requesting to be refunded. My complaint concerns the duplicate charge of the accommodation fee.

I contacted the hotel several times after our departure. The hotel repeatedly told me that they had cancelled the relevant transaction and that the delay was caused by the bank. However, despite my repeated requests, they have not provided clear and verifiable documentation showing that the duplicate accommodation charge has actually been cancelled/refunded, including a transaction or cancellation reference that my bank can use to trace the refund.

Their latest response was simply: “Please wait until 21 September.”

I find this approach extremely disappointing. When a customer has been charged twice for the same accommodation, the responsibility should be to resolve the issue promptly and transparently—not simply ask the customer to wait for weeks.

I am also disappointed with Booking.com, as I would expect the platform to take a more active role when a customer is charged twice for the same stay.

This is not only about the money. It is about trust, responsibility and providing a verifiable solution when a customer has been charged twice.

Until the duplicated amount is actually returned to my account, I do not consider this matter resolved.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück hat uns auch super gefallen. Die Räume sind alt aber sauber genug.

Cons:

Dadurch, dass es dein altes Gebäude ist, ist der Schallschutz leider ein Problem. Man hört alle Geräusche, auch wenn man die Fenster zumacht und die Klima anmacht. Ansonsten war alles sehr positiv.

Το μόνο καλό ήταν η τοποθεσία μπροστά στο λιμάνι και το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό .

Τα δωμάτια εξαιρετικά μικρά. Αν πάει κάποιος για μπάνιο στη θάλασσα δεν υπάρχει πουθενά να απλώσει πετσέτα κ μαγιώ , στο μπάνιο σε κρεμάστρα μόνο!Αφου δέν υπάρχει μπαλκονάκι έστω με μια μικρή απλώστρα , μόνο παράθυρο. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου ούτε κ μπορείς εκεί κοντά να παρκάρεις , πρέπει να περπατήσεις 500-600 μέτρα για να πας στο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Η τιμή είναι εξαιρετικά υψηλή για τις παροχές .

Die zentrale Lage. Der Ausblick aus dem 3.Stock. Die Schallschutzfenster. Die überragend gute Beleuchtung. Das moderne Bad.

Cons:

Die Steuerung der Klimaanlage war teildefekt. Es ging irgendwie schon. Die Matratze viel zu weich. Auch supersoft mit Memory foam kann unbequem sein und Rückenschmerzen verursachen. Ein endloses Gewurstel mit 3 Laken und Decke.
