Pros:

Номера кординально отличаются от фото. Абсолютно другие . Испорченая колбаса и просроченные продукты . Быдловатый персонал на рецепшине. И не кого нет когда сдавали номер . Принимал охранник карточки от номера

Pros:

I had made a reservation online previous to trip and paid in advance. Once arrived after a long trip, the hotel requested I paid for the stay. Once back in the room I confirmed I had paid, but was unable to speak to someone at reception because no one spoke English. It was resolved on third day (card refund) but they never bothered to apologize for the problem.

Windows could be cleaned more often.

Pros:

Room and hotel were smelly. It was ok for a night stay. Small room and relatively close to SVO airport, which worked for us for our one-night in Moscow.

Pros:

Clean and safe hotel. Room was small but we only needed a place to sleep and take a shower so it worked for us. The restaurant downstairs is really good. The food is great and the staff in the restaurant is super nice and friendly.
