とても居心地良く過ごせた
Pros:

天然温泉がとても良かった。洗い場の数もたくさんあって、ゆっくりと温泉を楽しむ事ができた。
朝食もどれも美味しく、とても良かった。

Cons:

アメニティーで、洗顔とメイク落としが温泉内にあると良いと思った。（有料でセットみたいなものは売られていた）

ハイクラスのホテル
Pros:

数年ぶりに宿泊しましたがリニューアルされており全体的に清潔感がありとても良かった印象です。部屋や朝食もかなり良くまた宿泊したいと思ってます。

If have chance come to Kushiro we will book again.
Pros:

This is 2nd times we stay. Good view sunset from the window. Very relaxing of onsen. Staff are very friendly.

Pros:

Goede locatie, mooie kamers, heerlijk ontbijt, parkeerplaats was goed geregeld, behulpzaam personeel, prima bedden en prima badkamer. Allemaal een tikkeltje oud, maar wel goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Klein minpuntje: het wagentje waarmee de koffers naar de kamers konden worden gebracht, functioneerde voor geen meter. Een goedwerkende degelijke hoteltrolley is een aambevelingspuntje.
