Art Avenue

Приехали спонтанно с подругой из Москвы на три ночи. Отель выбрала как один из самых доступных по цене (не так уж дешево, но совсем в хостел селиться не хотелось) и по локации. Расположение отличное, везде ходили пешком, основные достопримечательности рядом, вокруг много интересных мест, где можно вкусно поесть.

Пришли в отель с Сапсана около 18 вечера, нас вежливо и быстро заселили - комнату дали, как я просила в примечании к брони, с двумя отдельными кроватями, на 3-м этаже, направо от лестницы (приятно, что не рядом с кухней).

Комнатка маленькая, но об этом я уже читала в отзывах, уютно, чистое белье, приятные обои.

Неудобно, что нет никакого шкафа - есть вешалки, но одежду на них приходится вешать на те же крючки, куда вешаешь и пальто при входе, хочется еще какой-то палки или побольше крючков, что ли, на другой стене.

В ванной комнате малюсенькая раковина, душевой отсек нормального размера, локтями об стену не бились :), унитаз. Есть полотенцесушитель, но он был холодный и вроде без возможности включить. С утра странным образом поступает вода - то идет вроде бы и не совсем холодная, но и недостаточно горячая, то какие-то "куски" совсем холодной, а то и кипятка. Вечером такого вроде не наблюдалось, все нормально.

На этаже есть кухня - холодильники, стиралка, чайник, приборы, мы редко пользовались, но иногда можно налить чайку-кофейку (пакетики с чаем есть в комнате), а то и приготовить что-то.

Слышимость высокая, что от соседей, что с улицы, но есть беруши :)

Nice hotel in good location to explore the city on foot. Room very small and tiny bathroom. There is a common kitchen area in the hallway including a water dispenser for drinking water.

Mitarbeiter haben keinen Spaß bei der Arbeit. Aus der Dusche kommt stinkendes Wasser raus, wenn man die Toilette spühlt.

The location was good, it's located inside the apartment complex, so you can hear EVERYTHING !!! Somebody is walking the dog, someone on the phone talking outside or a young couple sitting on the bench under your window flirting and giggling! The rooms ARE TINY, TINY!!! Don't bring more then 2 carry ons, there is no space in the room for luggage 😂😂😂😂 But it's very clean and has a good price value! River boat stop around the corner, very convenient for midnight tour to see Bridges Opening.

관광하기 위한 위치는 최적... 그러나 숙소가 다소 좁은 느낌...1~2인 이용하기에 좋을 것 같습니다.

The property is very centrally located and is walking distance from major attractions like Isaac cathedral, Savior on the spilled blood, hermitage, Nevasky prospect and others.
The rooms are very small and there is hardly much room to move around in the comfort double room.
The toilets are too small, the wardrobe is too small as well if you plan to stay longer here.

Overall it is a good place to stay for 3-4 days.

Close to a variety of things. Clean. Room was noisy due to thin windows and doors. Could hear people partying outside. Our room was spacious but we had a handicap room, other rooms small. Breakfast was disappointing I would advise to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Very noisy!! There is a hostel near the hotel, we heard people smoke, laugh and talk on the street at the midnight. It was very disturbing! Our rooms were near the open area, we also heard people laugh and talk. Very annoying! Besides, no air conditioner or fan inside the room.

A lovely place in the heart of St.Petersburg, polite and helpful staff. The only thing is that room was very tiny. Overall we are happy with experience.

Об отеле "Арт-Авеню" только хорошее! Вежливый персонал, чистый номер, ежедневная уборка и замена полотенец, общая кухня с массой необходимого оборудования... При всех достоинствах главное преимущество отеля - место! Самый центр. Короче, всем рекомендую.

Clean, quiet, close to everything. Walking distance to most major attractions.

A little on the utility side, but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Quite central and convenient. Our room was next to communal kitchen.but this was no real problem - quite entertaining at times! Cook your own breakfast or cafes, our choice, very close.

Close to all ‘must see’ sites. A simple hotel but excellent value for money. A brilliant base that’s .close to all ‘must see’ sites Also has kitchen facilities for preparing you own meals.

We had excellent service with trying to retrieve our lost luggage. Everybody was very helpful. Finding the hotel is a little hard because of it being off the street in an alley. Do not expect a very large room. The photos of the rooms on the website are a little bit deceiving in size
