1.房間樓梯跟廁所發霉嚴重，且霉味濃。
2.大樓電梯多台按了常沒反應（大樓某位打掃阿姨也有提到電梯常常異常）。
3.隔音差。
4.大樓環境較為髒亂且出入的人眾多。
5.同棟停車費一天收400元。
