die Zimmer sind klein und richtig abgewohnt, die Schränke krumm und zerkratzt, kein Stuhl am Schreibtisch, nur ein kleiner Würfel, d.h. man konnte nicht arbeiten. Das Bad ist OK, wahrscheinlich frisch renoviert. Ich war froh, kein Frühstück gebucht zu haben, denn das Frühstück sollte im Restaurant sein, das 24 Stunden offen war. Nur in der ganzen Zeit hat man dort gerade 2 Personen gesehen. Am Sonntag gab es kein Frühstück, man könnte aber etwas aus dem Menü raussuchen, aber wenn kein Mensch hier zum Essen geht, habe ich es auch gelassen.

The shower room worked poorly. Breakfast consists of cheap low-quality products.

Great place and location! I would stay again.

The biggest issue is the water heater wasn’t working at all, we couldn’t have a shower with a temperature of -2c.

The staff had the best intentions to help you out. Even though the level of English is limited, they were always very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the quality of the hotel is not as expected: 4-stars seems to be exaggerated. Bed quality is low, for example just one 1-person duvet on a queen size bed. The additional blankets just partially solved this issue. Bad quality pillows and a smelly bathroom. Two out of 4 days that we stayed, the room was not made up when we arrived at night. The safe was not working...

I decided for this hotel, based on the photos on this website. They are misleading and not representing reality. I booked a "superior room" which turned out to be very small.

The location however is perfect. Just 10 minutes walking from Arbat Street where you can take metro, bus or just to the center of the city.

Very much enjoyed my stay there! The location is very convenient; walking distance to all main landmarks. Alexander was very nice and attractive!

Good location. Victoria at the reception is the sweetest and most helpful girl ever. Restaurant hostess is very pleasant too.

This is an average hotel in a good location. Nothing fancy and nothing classy. Some rooms have been refurbished but the toilets In the rooms on the fourth floor are very small for tall people

Location is great. Breakfast is identical every single day.

지하철역도 가깝고 로케이션은 좋은편입니다.
호텔 상태는 그리나쁘진 않았으나 방하나는 도로 소음이 좀 있고 방하나에선 모터소리가 계속나서 잠을 잘수 없었습니다.
욕실 어매니티는 하나도 갖춰져 있지않으니 준비해가셔야 할듯..

В отеле все не так как на фото начиная с порога, фасад ветхий, затянут сеткой, на входной двери трещина! Ресепшен сонный и не приветливый! Комнату дали на чердаке, запах неприятный, полотенца со следами ржавщины, на вид не чистые, комната ооооооочень маленькая, душная, обита вагонкой. Так как комната на чердаке, а там видимо у отеля все коммуникации, всю ночь шумела вода, спать было невозможно. В ванной грибок. Тапочек не было, хаталы грязные, ну может быть их и стирали, но они потрепанные. Питьевой воды не было, хотя на сайте заявлено, что питьевая вода есть в номерах. Мы заплатили 6.300 рублей, без возможности отмены бронировая, для чердака это ДОРОГО!!!

Номер не соответствовал изображениям на сайте. С окном на крыше. Маленький номер. Обман(

Pleasant hotel on major thoroughfare, close to the metro station for convenient travel throughout the city. Close to major attractions. Only stayed for 1 night but staff were nice and the hotel pleasant enough.

What an absolute disgrace of a hotel if you can even call it that. Service was more of a task when you asked for anything, booked a twin room with two beds got a single room with one bed that was so tiny you could not move without hitting your head on the low ceiling. There is no laundry as their page says there is, no sauna, the restaurant was under renovations so could not even eat there. In the room there was a skylight with no curtain so the sun was belting in every morning. More often than not the elevator would not work, cleaning sometimes only happened every second day despite the “daily house keeping “ they lie about when you book.
Over all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are arrogant and nasty and the quality of the rooms any everything In this dump of an established are not worth the money they charge you. Go somewhere further from attractions to actually enjoy your stay and have a good time. Avoid at all costs!!!!

We had a good enough experience overall, our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a great location. However, our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. This means we had to carry our suitcases up steep stairs and got not help from hotel staff. Also, at check out we learned that their credit card reader wasn't functioning and they expected us to pay with cash. After we unsuccessfully tried to withdraw from a nearby atm they accepted payment in US dollars. Food at the restaurant was good but they are understaffed; so expect long waits.

Receptionist attitude can be improved.

Сравнительно далеко от метро, очень тесный номер на 4 этаже, под крышей, куда чемодан тащить сложно. 2 полотенца в 2-х местном 4*. У коллеги на тумбочке стояла одна полупустая бутылка протухшего пива.(заселялись в 19-00). Цены в ресторане - неадекватные (завышен ценник на 70-100%). Оплатили завтрак 550 р при заселении. На завтраке сотрудник принес меню с ценами и ушел. Только после минут 5 подошел другой и указал, что можно выбрать одно блюдо. Итого завтрак - каша + один блинок с мясом + кофе. Выдавали инвойс минут 20, при этом сдачи неюыло.

Not as advertised. Room was very small and not accessible by lift. You had to walk all the way across 3rd floor then up to 4th and all the way across again. With your bags. No fire exit so if 3rd or 4th floor caught fire, you'd be screwed. There is a generator on the roof which is loud and disturbed us. States that they have laundry service and a sauna but they have neither of those things (which we really wanted!). The fridge isn't plugged in and you can't plug it in, the double bed is 2 singles with a gap in the middle and shower is weak. Modern looking and clean but I don't think they've tested out their rooms.

I stayed 4 days during the xmas season. Hotel is within 20 min walk to all the main attractions.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Food is very good.

All rooms are not consistent. The elevator does not reach the top floor but you must walk up a twisted stairway from the 3rd. Roof is quite low and slanted on the top floor.

Do gym, spa or any other facility except restaurant.

Still, I would return again.
