Staff was incredibly helpful, genuine, and welcoming. Great vegan breakfasts. Very clean. Great location in quieter neighborhood, yet close to city center. Enjoyed the pools. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Pretty place

Located in end of an alley. Taxi drivers were a bit confused. Breakfast is well presented though the scramble eggs are just so so. Room is definitely five star decorated. Most people stayed at the pool access room while mine is on the higher floor with jacuzzi.

Friendly staff

Staff was great. Also had a massage, was great. Breakfast was vegan but fine, fruits selection was disappointing when in thailand. Balcony with jacuzzi was nice. Pool nice but felt like i was invading the area of other guest with pull access from their room

Awesome location: easy walking to Old city, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.
They offer complimentary bikes, rode the bikes to temple and museum visits, lots of fun!
The vegan breakfast has great variety both western and eastern, staff is super friendly and attentive.
Room is quite spacious, and good noise-buffering.
Also enjoyed the yoga room every morning for my yoga practice.
Overall, great value for the experience.

I traveled alone with my child here, and the location was absolutely fantastic—so convenient to get around! The environment was also incredibly comfortable and photogenic!! Not to mention, every staff member was incredibly welcoming to my child, especially NOP and ORN, who were wonderful. The food was also delicious ❤️

We just spent an amazing four days at Away and left feeling fantastic! The report is beautiful, clean and very spacious. It was so nice of the staff to have recognized my wife and I anniversary and left a beautiful arrangement on the bed. The amenities are great and they provide free bottled water in your room each day! The beds are fantastic and very comfortable! The pool is salt water and felt great on our skin. The bathroom and shower are huge and great! Compliments to all the staff for their kindness! We will definitely be back!!!

It has ceiling fan so that I can switch off the aircon because temp. at night is very comfortable around 25C. It is very rare to have fan in a high-end hotel.

Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay. This hotel caught our eye when we were looking at options on Expedia. We were intrigued by the fact it was a vegan hotel and the reviews seemed positive so went for it. I’m so pleased that we did! On arrival, we were greeted by the doorman outside the hotel who took our luggage in. We were offered a lovely welcome drink and then shown to our room.

The room was beautifully decorated and there was a lovely swan made from towels along with fresh rose petals on the bed for our anniversary. We had booked a pool access room which also had a hot tub. The hotel is in the Old Town area of Chiang Mai and considering how busy the roads are, when you’re at the hotel or by the pool it’s a peaceful sanctuary away from all the noise. The hotel was a water refill station if you need drinking water and there’s also a 7 Eleven within walking distance if you want to buy bottled water.

The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of choice although some of the Thai food was too spicy for me. We ordered the tamarind tofu at lunch one of the days and it was delicious!

The hotel is really well located and close to the main attractions, tourist offices, fantastic restaurants, massage salons, ATM / foreign exchange etc. You can also negotiate with a red truck on the main road if you want to go somewhere like Doi Suthep. We booked a trip to Sticky Waterfall via a tourist office near the hotel.
