친절한 직원들 덕분에 식당 예약도 수월하게 했습니다. 라운지가 있어서 편하게 식사와 수다 가능하고 세탁룸이 있어 여행중 빨래도 가능해서 좋았습니다. 대체적으로 청결하게 유지되고 있었고요, 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘나와서 특유의 꿉꿉함과 눅눅함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 또한 위치가 너무 좋아서 다시 타이페이 간다면 재숙박예정입니다.~ 메인역 앞이라 공항철도와 지하철, 기차까지 한번에 이용 가능해서 좋아요!
베개 솜이 너무 없어서 걍 맨바닥에 누운것마냥 잤네요... 지은지 좀 된 느낌은 있습니다만 청결해서 괜찮습니다.

部屋に忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、スタッフが連絡をくれました。たまたま、台湾に行く予定のある娘に取りにいってもらうことになり、助かりました。
最初、部屋に入ったとき、少し臭いを感じましたが、後からは気にならなかったです。
Location is excellent, right across the street from Taipei station, able to get around city, long distance, trains all over the country, direct train to airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, more than happy to watch for your luggage before you check in and after you check out before you head to a different location.
Finding the hotel can be very difficult. You have to go inside the building that is noted on the app, then take one of the elevators just pass the lobby and go to the 19th floor. Not all the elevators go to the 19th floor so need to pay attention. It’s typically the first two on either side will go to the 19th floor using, their airport taxi service will arrange everything for you so that it makes it easy, but be aware it’s more expensive than taking the train or finding another option or Taxi. The mattresses were fairly hard for me, but my wife slept well. The shower floor is elevated so if you’re tall, you either have to sit on the edge to take a shower or you have to bend over.
Great place to stay, big room, comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, free water, quick check in and check out. Very close to Taipei Station 🚉

Great location and the reception staffs are super nice and helpful. Laundry room is clean and provided laundry powder. Lounge is cozy and have kitchen with big refrigerator you can use.
The family room we stay, the bathroom facilities were old, aircon for sure have some problem, it became very warm at early morning. It’s seems like system was turn off.
