設施糟糕，服務很好，褒貶不一。
Pros:

服務態度很好，很及時

Cons:

1. 空調漏水: 居住的前兩晚在第一間房都有漏水的情況，維修工人修過後只有短暫的改善，甚至在睡覺的時候被水滴聲吵醒。第三天前台幫我們換了房間以後，依然有漏水，只能再次請維修工人來修，才解決了漏水的問題。

2. 房間有蟑螂跟異味: 接著上面的換房，第二個房間進門後就有看見蟑螂，並且伴有強烈的下水道味。請前台來噴過除臭劑後有好轉，晚上味道消失。第二天上午9點左右味道又會回來，晚上又會減弱。因為我們白天在外面，中途又去北海岸住了一天，回來台北的時候只會再住一晚了，所以決定忍忍就算了。

3. 洗衣房不合理: 洗衣房寫的是開到23:00，但是每次在22:40後，就沒辦法用房卡開洗衣房的門，必須請前台幫忙開門。既然系統設定的是提早會鎖門，為什麼要寫關門時間是23:00？非常不好安排洗衣服跟烘乾的時間，也很麻煩前台的工作人員。

3. 烘乾機功能弱: 我們平時一次會需要烘乾7件衣服左右。每次我們都調到按照洗衣機說明書寫的，選擇烘乾100分鐘的，但是沒有一次把衣服拿出來的時候，衣服是乾的。最後一天上午我們拿著晾過一晚上的衣服去烘乾，繼續選擇了推薦的100分鐘烘乾，結果拿出來的時候衣服跟放進去前一樣濕，我們又到了該退房的時間，只能把沒乾的衣服到行李箱裡，上飛機，回家再重新洗。

Great location with plenty of food and shopping nearby
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it very convenient to travel around Taipei. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the ground floor of the building is filled with claw machine arcades, which was fun to explore. The room was generally clean, and once we reported an issue, the staff responded quickly and resolved it.

Cons:

During the first two nights, water was dripping from the ceiling in several spots, not just one area. We reported it on the morning of the third day, and the hotel fixed the issue and placed a dehumidifier in the room. While I appreciate their prompt response. The staff were average in terms of service, though they were efficient when handling complaints.
