Mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da der Wasserkocher einen Kurzschluss verursachte. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, leider um einiges kleiner

Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof. Sehr zentral

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte leicht abgenutzt. Es war nicht so sauber wie ich bei 4 Sternen erwarten würde. Keine Minibar oder eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Kenne ich von anderen Hotels besser.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr Abwechslungsreich. Sehr wenig Auswahl und leider nicht sehr appetitlich präsentiert. Super eng alles beim anstellen am Buffet. Da hängt einem schon Mal ein anderer Gast mit dem Arm im Tablet 😞
1 Kaffeemaschine - viel zu wenig!
Insgesamt für 4 Sterne sehr enttäuschend.
Das Personal hat sich beim auschecken leider nicht einmal erkundigt ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen für diesen Preis
