Buena experiencia
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien. El precio lo acompaña. Echamos de menos algo de modernidad. Las teles no tenían para conectarse, los almohadones (tuvimos que pedir extra porque eran más bien cojines).
El desayuno muy bien y el personal excelente. Nos dieron todas las facilidades yendo con un niño de 2 años y medio.
Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Solution idéale pour qui voyage en train. Prix très compétitifs par rapport à la qualité.
Pros:

L'emplacement à proximité immédiate de la gare nous a permis de déposer rapidement nos valises avant de partir explorer la ville. La chambre était spacieuse et vraiment bien insonorisée. Le bruit de la rue passante ne nous parvenait pas. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est somptueux, très varié. L'accueil du personnel était très souriant et disponible.

Pros:

De stilte ondanks dat t buiten druk was goed geïsoleerd en de ramen waren goed dik om niks van buiten te horen.

Cons:

WiFi is te ingewikkeld om dat te krijgen alles wat je moet invullen terwijl t maar tijdelijk is voor je verblijf.

Buena calidad-precio para estar tan cerca de la estación de tren
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bien y la ubicación es genial si lo que quieres es moverte en tren. En la recepción la gente muy maja y tienen algunas cervezas de grifo que para ver el mundial nos vinieron de lujo. Habitación y baño bien.

Cons:

Nada en particular pero para ajustar las expectativas diría que estar situado al lado de una estación de tren tiene cosas buenas y malas. No es que la zona fuese insegura (es el barrio de los diamantes y hay muchas cámaras en las calles) pero no da la sensación de zona limpia y tranquila.

Hotel globalement bien, mais avec une mauvaise expérience client

Cons:

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec R. a l’accueil. On nous a dit d’attendre quelques minutes pour récupérer nos valises, car R. arrivait bientôt.
On a attendu 10 minutes et R. a priorisé d’autres clients qui sont arrivés APRÈS nous! Il y a eu un moment où il a littéralement pris ma valise et il l’a fait exprès de ne me pas la donner car elle n’appartenait pas aux autres clients qu’il a délibérément priorisé!
Quand enfin j’ai réussi à récupérer ma valise, j’ai fait le commentaire ‘on attend depuis longtemps’
Et à ce moment, R. a montré qu’il n’a pas les compétences pour travailler avec des clients. Il m’a dit que c’est normal, et que si je voulais pas attendre, il fallait pas laisser ma valise la bas. Que je devrais être plus respectueuse, car il y avait d’autres clients aussi (clients qui sont arrivés après nous…) et que le monde ne tourne pas autour de moi. Et pour finir, quand j’ai dit que j’allais faire une réclamation à son superviseur, il m’a dit ‘ bonne chance’ !
J’étais choquée avec cette réponse. C’était une manque de respect !
Cela a dégradé l’expérience dans cet hôtel. Le lendemain, j’ai parlé avec la superviseur, qui était super serviable et m’a même proposé une remise, alors que j’ai rien demandé !!
Mon expérience semble être un cas isolé, car la majorité du personnel est très bien. Mais je trouve quand même que c’est une expérience inacceptable, pas vraiment à cause du temps d’attente, mais de la posture
