Es un hotel con buenas instalaciones.

Debe mejorar la red Wifi para los últimos pisos….. Se pierde

Mejorar piso baño
Pros:

Muy buena habitación y céntrico, pisos del baño deberían ser de cerámica anti deslizante para evitar caídas (piso baño y ducha), la ducha debería ser tipo teléfono, deben poner esos pisos de tela para salir de la ducha y no mojar el piso. Todo lo demás excelente

No ascensor!!!
Pros:

Pésimo!!! Como es posible que recomienden un hotel que no tenga ascensor!!! Y ojo que siguen construyendo y al margen que no podía subir escaleras no me dieron opción a cancelar la reserva espero no me vayan a cargar algo como penalidad por no haber cancelado antes y como podía yo saber que no tenían ascensor y su call Center no funcionaba como para saber que hacía recién cuando ya me instalé en otro hotel superior a este y obvio más caro fuera de mi presupuesto pero por la emergencia tuve que ha ello ya me pide contactar con ustedes explicando todo lo sucedido y Tampoco jamás me respondieron sobre si me cobrarían o no y no me enviaron ningún correo ni mucho menos hasta ahora que recibo esto para saber mi opinión de verdad que PÉSIMO MUY DECEPCIONADA!!!

Bueno ubicación, todo puede mejorar
Pros:

La infraestructura esta ok, al parecer estaban remodelando y nos advirtieron de eso en nuestro check in, nos ofrecieron te o cafe por la tarde si gustábamos, pero olvidaron decir que tenia costo. Calle bulliciosa desde temprano en la mañana. Buena atención de su personal. Limpieza ok. Lamparas no funcionaban. Solo luz de pared. Hermoso balcon.

A value-for-money hotel
Pros:

Hotel Retama is located in the centre of Tacna close to Bolognesi Avenue and near the Mercado Central. The street is a cul-de-sac, so you have no traffic. Nonetheless it is not a quiet place. You enjoy barking dogs, music from the area and the receptionist watches TV on a volume that echoes in the building.

Retama is built in 2017 and offers 14 rooms over several floors, without elevator. Staffs are attentive. Our non-smoking room was adequate and had a good double bed. The practically furnished room had table & chair, flat screen TV on the wall, a club-seat, wardrobe, and a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower. All was clean.

The window opens into a large ventilation shaft. In the evening the TV of the receptionist echoes in that shaft. At night all is quiet. The buffet breakfast is OK: fresh fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt, simple cereals, bread, butter & marmalade, coffee & tea, but no eggs.

Hotel Retama is a good hotel close to the city centre. However, anyone who seeks an early night’s sleep has to request the lady-receptionist to shut down the TV.

retama hotel un lugar acogedor para el descanso.
Pros:

BUENA UBICACIÓN,Y DISPOSICIÓN PERMANENTE A APOYAR AL PASAJERO.
ACCESO ES ALGO QUE PUEDE MEJORAR. HABITACIONES . MUY LIMPIAS, BUEN DESAYUNO Y CORRECTA INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL COMERCIO LOCAL.
EN GENERAL UNA BUENA ELECCIÓN..
