La atención del personal es buena
No me gustó que se escuchaba mucho ruido en la noche y la habitación no tenía ventanas ni luz natural.

No tenían armario las habitaciones
Disposicion del equipo para gestionar necesidades.
La limpieza del baño (especialmente las duchas). Los acabados no estan en su mejor estado. El aire, si bien servía, no tenia la rejilla frontal. Las almohadas estaban viejas y no daban aspecto de limpieza.
La limpieza y la comodidad de la cama
Me entregaron control de un tv incorrecto, entraron dos veces a limpiar sin cersiorarse si yo estaba todavía, se demoraron 15 minutos en abrirme en la madrugada, avisan por Whatsapp para que te vayas con la hora del check in, se escucha todo el ruido de la calle , carros y motos desde las habitaciones. La atención no es la mejor en términos generales.

Quiero resaltar la atención y amabilidad con la que atendieron a mis papás en su estadía... Se los recomendé y estuvieron muy atentos a prestarles cualquier servicio con amabilidad.. El servicio es lo más importante.. Sin duda alguna los Recomiendo!!!
