Pros:

Needs improvement. No transportation, no internet, no television, no hot water. However, the immediate staffs were very helpful

Pros:

The property is literally run down. The hotel is almost non-functional. Staff have no customer care and thier food is terrible.

Pros:

We were the only guests in the hotel and still they could not provide any service whatsoever.
- Our meal arrived with a cockroach in it
- the toilet would not flush
- someone came into our room in the middle of the night and left the door wide open!!!!
- They did not provide us with any drinking water and we had to ask them to bring some to us at 2am - for which they still charged us!
- the beers were past their expiration date!
- they DO NOT HAVE WIFI
- NO HOT WATER!
- the place is unkept and practically falling apart
- the staff are rude and unhelpful

Pros:

The staff was nice and accommodating, unfortunately, the electricity was off most of the time, the water was off a lot of the time, the toilet would not flush, the holes in the screens and windows allowed too many insects into the room, and the WiFi was inadequate. The access road to the hotel was terrible, especially since it was rainy season and the road was muddy, and transportation to and from the hotel was difficult to arrange.
