Καθαρό καλό πρωινό αλλά υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την εμπειρία του προσωπικού στην διαχείρηση του πελάτη. Τι δωμάτιο θα δώσουν εάν καλύπτει τις βασικές του ανάγκες κτλ . Ενώ πηγαίνω παρα πολλές φορές εκεί κάθε φορά τα ίδια θέματα ενώ θεωρητικά τα έχουμε ξεκαθαρίσει την προηγούμενη φορά. Πρόβλημα η αλλαγή του προσωπικού

Сам отель - хороший, но расположен не очень в приятном районе Санкт-Петербурга. Также не советую брать стандартный номер, т.к. окна выходят во внутрь здания. Завтрак великолепный и сервис хороший.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Super stylische Zimmer die für ein Boutique Hotel sehr gross sind und alles bieten was man sich wünschen kann.

Das Restaurant bietet Gastronomie auf hohem Niveau und wenn man Shishas liebt, liebt man die Bar. Beste Shisha die wir je hatten.

Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und freundlich.

Die Lage ist okay, nicht perfekt aber zu Fuss in 20 Minuten im Zentrum.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

Отличный новый отель. Хороший сервис, неплохие завтраки. Бесплатная парковка для проживающих. Свежий ремонт в номерах, очень стильно. Единственное — не очень хорошая шумоизоляция в номерах.

Pros:

Отличный, свежий и очень стильный отель! Готовы вернуться в него ещё раз.
Отдельно стоит отметить ресторан НОК с очень вкусным меню и оригинальной подачей блюд.

Allt var fantastiskt! Man fick en känsla av att man var i Dubai. Städningen var utan anmärkning, inredningen var på topp med marmorliknande plattor och fin belysning. Man märkte direkt att hotellet var angelägna att hålla allt i toppklass! Städning gjordes tvånget per dag: en gång morgon och en gång kväll. Personalen var trevliga och hälsade alltid förutom en äldre vakt i dörren som verkade vara ett slags eko från Sovjettiden men annars så var allt på topp. Ska vara ärlig och säga att jag hade inte väntat mig att hotell i den prisklassen kan hålla så hög kvalité! När jag åker till Sankt Petersburg kommer jag definitivt stanna där igen!

One of the GREATEST hotels in the world
Pros:

Service, staff members, cleanliness, stunning decor.. Everything is 5 Star!! A super hotel in every way. The hotel is also a short walk from the metro stop and all the staff speak fluent English.
