Buena relación calidad precio con aparcamiento justo en frente

Buena ubicación y seguridad. Aparcamiento justo en frente (pago aparte). La amabilidad de Carlos, el gerente, y su comunicación muy fluida . Buena relación calidad precio.

Friendly staff, quiet location.
Pros:

Stayed in the terrace room, we loved hanging out on the terrace. The courtyard was a neat feature of the place. The owner Carlos spoke great English and was very outgoing and friendly!

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the centre but it wasn’t a big deal overall.

Great large place to stay.
Pros:

It is near the main plaza, but on a side street, so it's not too noisy. I loved the hot water shower, because you don't get that everywhere in Nicaragua. There is a coffeemaker, so had coffee every morning first thing.

Cons:

No microwave!

Great value if you want to spread out and cook your own food
Pros:

Very spacious room with full kitchen and AC, on a quieter street. Carlos, the owner, was very responsive and friendly.

Cons:

Strong cleaning solution/bleach smell in my room that didn’t go away for the entire time I stayed there. Supposedly had hot showers, but mine were mostly lukewarm.

Pros:

Good location in the centre of beautiful Granada. The apartment very comfortable with open kitchen. Very private. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely time staying in Casa Calala.

Cons:

Maybe not a very big thing, but an electric kettle would be great. Boiling water in the tropics is very important.
More plants for the garden would add more serenity to the place.

Pros:

Prachtig koloniaal pand in het centrum met het centrale plein en de Mercado municipal en winkels op loopafstand; mooie ruime kamer met airco, heerlijke binnentuin; fijne keuken( kamer wordt om de dag schoongemaakt inc beddengoed. Uitstekend beveiligd. Carlos, de eigenaar is een geweldige en enthousiaste gastheer met boeiende verhalen over geschiedenis en cultuur van Latijn-Amerika en Nicaragua. Het Chocolademueum is een aanrader.

Would definitely return and we recommend Casa Calala as a good safe place to stay
Pros:

Property was within easy walking distance of the main points of interest. The availability of hot water for showers and sinks was wonderful. Thank you for that amenity. Carlos was an attentive and helpful host.

Cons:

Everything was good and as advertized but it would be better if the entire building was designated a non smoking area, as smoke from the communal area infiltrated into our lovely smoke free apartment.

Perfeta casita para pasar unos dias en Granada
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho casa Calala. Carlos es muy servicial y atento que nos hizo muy fácil nuestra estancia muy servicial y atento en todo momento. La casa es muy limpia y amplia tiene todo lo que necesitas. Muy centrica.

Huge apartment and brilliant host.
Pros:

The apartment was huge and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot shower was a bonus in the mornings!
It was in a very quiet area but only a 6 min walk to the centre.
Carlos was fantastic- very interesting and informative and very helpful.

Ein ausgesprochen schönes Zimmer von angenehmer Grüße. Tolles Bad mit warmem Wasser. Gut ausgestattete Freiluftküche, super Service von Carlos!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Apartment Nummer zwei. Das liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hat das Gefühl die Autos fahren durch das Zimmer nachts ist Gott sei Dank, aber kaum Verkehr.

Nice stay!
Pros:

We had a nice stay here. Carlos was a lovely host, very friendly. The room was a great size. The kitchen area was well equipped. Air con was strong and wifi worked very well. Close to the city centre on foot. A couple of big supermarkets around 10 minutes walk away.

Cons:

We thought we had booked a room with hot water, but Carlos informed us that he had removed that from the listing of some rooms due to issues with a water heater. It was a little frustrating to find this out when we arrived. Make sure you check the listing of each room to see whether it defo includes hot water or not.

Perfect apartment in Granada exceptional value for money.
Pros:

Spacious room with good WiFi and quiet aircon. Welcoming host with v good communication. Basic equipped kitchen with good stove. Very close to a superb Venezuelan restaurant.

Cons:

An electric kettle would have been useful.
