Not the best choice

Good location, nota a single electrical outlet in the room, no tv, no phone, very slow internet, no elevator, no soap or shampoo,

Avoid if you can
Pros:

This hotel charges extra money for soap, shampoo and other toiletries. It also charges a registration fee, which they claim is charged by all in St. Petersburg (not verified). The bath was so small that your elbows keep hitting the walls as you clean yourself. I am not a big man but still I had problems, I can only feel sorry for bigger people. They didn't clean up the room during the day when we were gone. We came back and saw the room as it is when we left it in the morning. The common toilet downstairs was quite dirty. One good thing is that it is located at a decent location with public transport available close by. The staff was good and helpful but they hardly speak English.
