大変ホスピタリティが高かったです。ご兄弟でこのホテルを運営されているようですが、お二人とも人の良さが滲み出ています。私は今回のトルコ旅行で大変お世話になりました。
特にカッパドキアの気球ツアーです。もともとカッパドキアには2泊する予定で、どちらかで気球ツアーに参加出来ればと考えていましたが、天候不良でキャンセルになってしまいました。その後、イスタンブールに戻ったのですが、諦めきれずこちらのホテルに照会して、気球ツアーのパイロットに確認頂き、フライトの可能性を確認頂き、可能性の高い日にカッパドキアに戻って気球ツアーに参加しました。
また、私が間抜けなのですが、最終日にホテルにパスポートと財布を忘れてしまったのですが、連絡するやいなや、すぐに空港へ移動中のシャトルバスに車で届けて下さいました。本当に有り難く、信頼の出来る方達だと思います。
ここまでの対応をして頂けるホテルは他に無いと思います。
また絶対にお伺いしたいと思います。

Ha sido una estancia de 10. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Nos han ayudado desde el primer momento con todo lo que hemos necesitado Y un trato súper bueno y trabajadores muy amables. Bon Accueil et emplacement, Equipe très sympathique et à votre écoute

Accueil et écoute du personnel, Bon emplacement, le jardin de l'hôtel est un havre de paix

Cons:

La chambre sur booking est indiqué 25 m2, elle fait même pas 15m2 et mal agencé avec une petit lucarne heureusement que le responsable de l'hôtel nous a changé le lendemain

L’établissement ne manque pas de charme, pierre et bois respectent le style cappadocien, c’est le propriétaire qui a rénové l’hôtel avec beaucoup de goût

Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité , l’hôtel a réservé pour nous deux journées de visite de la Cappadoce et la location d’une voiture, ce qui a été très confortable pour nous

EL MEJOR HOTEL QUE PUEDES ESTAR

Si esta reseña ha caído en tus manos es porque tienes que coger este hotel sin duda. Un hotel familiar, con todo lo bueno de un hotel de lujo, el personal cercano y las instalaciones una absoluta barbaridad y preciosidad. Y no solo eso, el valor humano que tienen es indescriptible, nos equivocamos (error nuestro en todo momento) en la reserva y hubo una noche que no teníamos alojamiento, nos ayudaron y nos lo facilitaron todo arreglándonos el problema, sin quejarse y en todo momento con una sonrisa en la cara. No solemos poner reseñas, ni buenas ni malas porque consideramos que la experiencia de cada uno tiene un factor subjetivo, pero en este caso no es así. Si quieres que tu estancia en Capadoccia sea plena y tengas un sitio en el que dormir que puedas llamar casa, este es tu sitio sin duda!!!! Por nos hablar del desayuno, todo casero y con una predisposición del personal excepcional. Destacar Enes, la persona que nos ayudó solo llegar al hotel y que estuvo haciéndonos compañía siempre, con una sonrisa y predispuesto a ayudar. De verdad, si lees esta reseña no dudes en reservar aquí

Nonostante il sovrapprezzo di 50€ a notte per il letto aggiuntivo, la camera era piccola per 4. Rapporto qualità-prezzo non ottimale.

La chambre qui nous avait été réservée était sombre, minuscule et inconfortable. Devant notre refus, l'hôtelier nous a proposé une suite très confortable moyennant un supplément de 100 € pour les deux jours.

My family and I arrived very late. The receptionist was waiting for us, and our arrival was very welcoming. The service for 2 mornings was impeccable, they took care of our needs, which wasn’t much, but instantaneously service was provided 5stars. The only concern was that room was very close.Other wise the whole family was on top of everything

Otel ürgüp merkezde ve her yere yürüme mesafesindedir. Bizim için Ürgüp denilince gerçekten içimize sinen ailenizle veya eşiniz ile aile içinde kalıp hoş vakit geçirebileceğiniz, standart deluxe oda seçenekleri ve daha üst jakuzili seçenekleri ile bir çok aileyi kendine çekebilecek özelliklere sahip. Eşim ve ben mutfak ve hijyen konusunda fazlası ile titiz olduğumuz için bu konularda oda kahvaltı olan bu konaklamamız için eksik veya zayıf hiçbir yön bulamadık. Kahvaltılar beklediğimizin üstündeydi, serpme kahvaltı ve her gün değişik ev yapımı fırın ürünleri ile desteklendiğine şahit olduk. Tüm hizmet ekibi ve gece müdürünüz Enes Bey'e ayrıca teşekkürlerimizi ilgi alakaları nedeniyle söylemekten kıvanç duymaktayız.

Pros:

Location was great, breakfast ok

Cons:

It is rated 5 star at Booking.com but no where near it. All facilities were good except for the room size which brings it less than 3 star. Safety box was advertised but could not see it. We selected considering it 5 star and the overall ratings which was very high. No lifts was a very big disadvantage considering it a 5 star hotel.
